Very satisfied by a two man large item delivery. Couriers were polite and friendly and kept me updated by text of a delivery slot and arrival.

I have no problem with World of books. My complaint is out of their hands. Royal Mail, despite two emails and even an approximate time slot have failed to deliver. I'm waiting still.

This is a response to WoB - Thank you for the concern and potential to investigate. The books were delivered eventually. I understand my local delivery has a few problems. The rating I have upgraded. After all the fault was not with WoB

On arrival I was quickly taken to the pre -test area machines and then just a short wait for the proper eye examination. I felt the optometrist was very good - efficient and patient. She explained things fully and listened to my comments and questions. My prescription was upgraded but that's when I found there was a long wait to discuss new frames etc. The assistant for this was rather unenthusiastic and had little advice on which frame might suit my face shape better etc. I had to ask for a magnifying hand mirror as my vision is too blurred for the wall mounted ones. The possibility of a second pair of glasses with 50% off wasn't mentioned so I will ask about this when I collect my new glasses. In fairness my visit was on a Saturday and I expect everyone had been busy.

I was advised by text of an approximate delivery slot. The courier left the item in my porch as requested by me.

My recent purchase of Esselte foolscap suspension files arrived very quickly by the next working day. The files are good quality, and included clips and tags. The price I thought was good. I can recommend UK Office Direct and will use them in future.

Item arrived the day requested and I received an email advising me of a time slot which worked well.

Good experience with Animed Direct. Our dog requires a specialist food which is sold at a good price by Animed Direct - the cheapest I found on this occasion. It arrived promptly well ahead of the estimated delivery. I will almost certainly use Animed Direct again.

On the morning of delivery day we received telephone notification of our time slot which was very helpful. The delivery took place at the end of the slot which was also the final slot of the day. Perhaps we could have been told that. However the delivery and installation was fine, the men involved being helpful, pleasant, friendly and very polite. They took care not to damage the flooring or surroundings even though the appliance was for a rather tatty utility area at the rear of a garage. We would definitely consider using Hughes again.

The food product purchased was recommended by our vet who sold us a small bag. Not wishing to pay vet prices I searched online and Animed Direct came up with the cheapest offer. The food arrived promptly within a couple of days. Excellent service and price. I will certainly be reordering if this is something our dog will continue to require.
