Really helpful and knowledgeable staff, bought a heavy iron tawa (hot plate) and asked for it to be delivered, it arrived the next day.

Excellent customer service. Had a user error glitch when our dumb bells arrived. Our instagram message was replied to almost immediately, they offered to have them picked up, and replaced next working day at no extra cost. However my husband managed to sort the 'problem' and we've been enjoying them ever since. They're strong and easy to use, very versatile.
