Excellent service today from Graham & Theo

Excellent service today from Graham & Theo today who were visiting a neighbour to fix a leaking valve and were kind enough to take the time and effort to check the same corrosion was not occuring on my meter. Could not have been more professional or happy to help put my mind at rest as you can never be too careful where gas is involved. - Thanks :)

Items turned up quickly but reduced…

Items turned up quickly but reduced score is due to website stating 7 items were in stock when actually only 5 were. No issue getting refund which was processed efficiently also.

8 days later and still no delivery when…

8 days later and still no delivery when have paid for delivery within 3-4.....

Having read your response I have already contacted your email customer support team having initially tried to resolve it via your online chat. I was left with no alternative but to email as online chat failed to connect me with anyone despite me waiting 30 minutes for it to do so. Seems this is as efficient as your deliveries!!

Great Service from Dean at Wigan

Initially I was looking for a new car however with the microchip issue causing seriously long lead times of 6-9 months I looked at available nearly new options. A 69 reg Qashqui was available on site and Dean guided me through the various purchase options available. At no time was there any 'pressure selling' which I detest and Dean couldn't have been more helpful. 2 days after the initial test drive the car was mine and I really dont think the buying and trade in process could have been much easier. I don't usually bother to do reviews like this but credit where its due - Cheers Dean!
