Shame no proof is sent to check before processing
I was so pleased to find a site where i could custom order signs. Unfortunately in haste I didn't read the screen properly and although I ordered rigid plastic signs for my first item, I hadn't realised it defaulted back to vinyl sticker for the other 2. Didn't realise until the order went through. I immediately called to try and stop order, no answer, so sent an online chat message and an email. It was after 5pm on Fri, so was not surprised there was no answer. When I called again first thing Monday am, I was told it was too late, order had already processed. Whilst this level of service is great if you want your order quickly, I feel that adding another step into your process for customised goods, to allow for human error could improve your service. On any other occasion i have ordered customised goods from other companies i have been emailed a proof to check before the final order is accepted. Unfortunately on this occasion i have had to pay for items that are completely useless to me. I did place another order for the correct plastic signs on the same Monday i was told that i was too late as all orders are processed immediately they are placed. Of course, i am still waiting for the correct signs over a week later. I'm hoping they will arrive before Christmas now... What I have received is of good quality.

Unfortunately, our operating hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm (except for bank holidays), so we could not pick up your query at the time as it was outside these hours. Just to make sure the customer is happy, our process for custom signs prompts you to proof-read your work before clicking continue, and it is then quickly checked for final proofing by our team, to check for any wordings and format that need change. Although, we have passed your feedback to the team who will look into a different system if possible.
Your order was processed immediately and dispatched on time, although unfortunately due to operating conditions from the courier and Royal Mail strikes still ongoing, it may be subject to be delayed. From our system, we can see only a few are waiting to be delivered, and some have been received from UPS. We are so sorry about this.

website states next day delivery but is…
website states next day delivery but is slightly misleading as this didn't apply when I tried to order. I was told that all displays are made to order so therefore they cannot deliver next day. I asked if I could therefore cancel the order (immediately) as this was very misleading on their website (I only picked them for this reason) but was told that as they are made to order I could not cancel. I needed a display board asap so therefore had to order from another company and ended up having to pay for this one as well. not happy

From reviewing your order I can see that you ordered the Tabletop Display Boards Aluminium Frame Portrait Panel which is on a 2-4 day manufacturing time with next day delivery on completion of production. Once production has commenced on your 'made to order' item we are unable to cancel or refund the order due to material and labour expenditure.

We do apologise that you feel this was not made clear to you on the website and during the conversation you have had with us, however I hope this goes someway to explain the lead time on the display board you purchased purchased.
