Friendly customer service team, and happy so far with the commercial van insurance I have with them. Have not had to contact A-Plan regarding a claim, but I do wish when it comes to renewal time, they would give me the best renewal price then can, rather than me having to go through the same song and dance to get the price down to the actual best price they can give. I know most insurers to the same, it is just frustrating.

Great prices, easy transaction. Items delivered well packaged and in good time (considering the time of year). Minor gripe would be that delivery was sent out in 2 parts which arrived on different days so needed to be at home on both days in order to collect delivery, however, my order comprised of some odd shaped items and some very heavy items which probably required separating, I would imagine that most orders are sent out as 1 parcel.
