I had a very interesting call Today with your customer service agent I was very confused with regards to a letter that was sent to me I didn’t understand it at all so I phoned Guinness customer service and spoke to a gentleman called Jordan he was great I explained to him my confusion and to cut a long story short he took his time and meticulously explained the letter meant that was sent to me he’s a geek of the highest order because when he finished with me I FULLY understood the meaning of the letter sent to me
I really appreciate his patience and kindness he showed to me when he finished I was fully knowledgeable and very pleased with his explanation he’s very professional in his attitude and excellent representative for Guinness Trust I would like to thank him personally for his time and patience during this call thank you very very much the experience was very much appreciated

I had a horrible experience with these people I ordered a pair of crutches from them but first I telephoned them ASKING WHAT IS THE INNER CIRCUMFERENCE of the Crutches Cuffs they told me 4 inches and if I look on the website it’s their on the website I looked and their it was Crutches Cuffs 4”
But when I received them they were much wider not the 4” they TOLD ME BUT MUCH WIDER but the thing is they didn’t fit me after all my making sure before purchasing and then the lies that there staff told I would NEVER purchase from them again they are not trustworthy I would like them to read this and take me to court as I have the evidence with full proof of what I am stating my advice is don’t purchase from them now I have to send them back at my cost when it wasn’t me that falsely advertised
I WILL NEVER PHONE OR PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN THEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED

I phoned sheet plastics this morning for information with regards to an order is was trying to complete I needed more information so I could complete my order I got Donna Cope she turned out to be very professional and very helpful with my issue I am not a geek so it’s not easy to deal with me she was extremely patient and polite with me I couldn’t of completed this order without her assistance because she had the knowledge and know how to complete my order as I also wanted safety edges on my order it was a pleasure to get her support and help if wasn’t for this lady I may have wanted to return the order as the safety edges you have to phone up and explain this to them and then they will issue a separate bill for this work to be done please pass this feedback to Donna ‘s Manager so her Manage can see how valuable Donna is to the Company

HUMAX customer service never fails their immaculate customer service the epg on my HUMAX was not operating correctly I phoned HUMAX customer service I spoke with Tamara she said no problem just go to settings select program search and reprogram your epg to my surprise it sorted the issue TAMARA is very knowledgeable she knows her stuff so if anyone has any problems with their HUMAX devices ask for Tamara very friendly she’s a people person very nice little lady

Yet again I call Tamara with an issue and she comes to my rescue I had an issue with my recordings starting into the program and not before so I put this issue to Tamara and she navigated me on how to solve the issue she did this with me this Morning so later on I’ll check my recorded items to see if the issue is resolved I thank her for this excellent aftercare support it’s important that when we customers purchase items that their is aftercare support it means so much I have 3 HUMAX set tops as you can buy with confidence knowing that you have support if needed thank you very much for this service it is much appreciated
