I purchased a cashmere sweater and pants set, however, it was 65% polyester 35% cotton!! Totally misdescribed, shoddy, and took forever to arrive. Disgusting customer service or lack of, they wanted me to pay for the return!! Thank heaven's for PayPal; they took up the fight and won on my behalf! Don't waste your time or money with this appalling company! If I could have given them -10 I would have, they are disgusting!!
DO NOT BUY from this company …. They are a con. We received a ‘leather’ jacket and it’s the worst quality I have ever seen. They refuse to give money back. They are breaking trading standard rules. They should be shut down.

Terrible experience! I ordered an expensive ceiling lamp made in glass. There is a defect and it doesn’t hang up straight. It took 2 weeks to arrived, it took 1hour to assemble the lamp and more time to put it up to only see the defect once hanged. After being in touch and taking loads of pictures, because they just don’t take your word for it, I am still waiting to know if they will take it back! I read the small print that I should be paying for the shipping back to china! This is absolutely ridiculous customer service! Who pays for their shipping in our days, especially back to China!I still don’t know if I will ever have my £180 back. Do not go for this business unless you don’t mind keeping the item no matter what! This doesn’t reconcile anyone with China’s products.

Absolutely dreadful experience, bought 2 jackets advertised as UK size 20, when I got them they were a size 14 at most. Had to email the company 5 times to try to get my money back, each time they kept offering a % off the products rather than a full refund and also insisted I had to pay to return them to China despite the products not being as advertised. Very poor service.

Can’t give 0 stars or I would. I ordered a pair of mules which broke after being worn 3 times. I emailed them and was asked to send photos which I did. I then received a message that they had quality control checks before anything was shipped and that I should have informed them straight away if there was a problem. They offered me a 10% discount on my next order not a refund or replacement.

I ordered wrong size of "leather boots" ( PLASTIC!) Would not let me return and re-order, wanted me to keep them and offered discount on next purchase. I would NOT order anything again from here. I feel l got ripped off good and proper 😡 l would advise any potential customer of this company NOT to bother. They advertise easy free returns, take forever to arrive and the quality is absolute RUBBISH.

I regret not looking at the reviews before I orded from Lasmir and ended up with a tacky, ill fitting pair of boots that I tried to return. On applying for a refund I received numerous emails from what was obviously a robot, all ignoring my request. I am ashamed to say that I have given up and the boots will go in the bin. Whoever is reading this, please, please, please don't even think about placing an order.

a scam. The jumper was described as wool. What arrive was a nylon cardigan with a knit print on it. I asked for a refund and returns label. 4 times they replied offering discount codes and partial refund to which I said no. It comes from a London address but has to be returned to China?! I have returned the item, but don't believe I will ever get my money back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY'RE A RIP OFF!

shoddy goods - not anything like the goods advertised. immediately complained, but mailbox was full and nobody answered the telephone calls. I keep emailing 10 days later i get a response 10% refund keep the goods, I want my full payment back, got as far as 50% and then Paypals moronic dispute system closed my case out.
just seen their "canned response" DO NOT FALL FOR IT. The items never even made it out of the wrapping, they are that obviously bad.
One thing i didn't expect was Paypal, whose auto stupidbot closed my case without reading the last 2 items i had entered (in plenty of time) , claiming i hadnt responded in time. Moreover a captured transcript with them in which i say i was concerned about the time and please contact me also didn't count as a response (despite their stupid bot acknowledging the chat and and committing to contact me (the day before the time ran out) and an additional chat entry from me asking where was my contact, again within the timescale. Rubbish treatment all-round, but it starts with lasmir, without whose rubbish products this review would not have been possible. I look forward to another response from their canned response team. JUST GO ELSEWHERE PEOPLE ITS JUNK.

CORRUPT !!!! DO NIT BUY FROM THEM. “CASHMERE” jumper !! Not at all as described and not an once of anything natural in sight. 100% polyester ( which I can’t wear) when it was sold as100% cashmere !! Email after evasive email making the return so much hassle and told me I had to send it back to china, and only after ALL their criteria had been met ( which h of course it would) would they give me a full refund.

DO NOT BUY from Lasmir! You have been warned!! Awful quality product, horrible customer service, and absolute nightmare to return anything. They make it as difficult as possible. The only option is to ship everything back to China. And I'm sure they will come up with an excuse once they receive the items back from me not to refund my money. NOT easy as it says on their website. Don't waste your time and money.

I brought gloves from this company Lasmir which cost 28pounds they were for my grandsonas he suffers from raynaud's so was important they were heated gloves but they sent normal gloves asked to send back they offered 10% of price so when I pushed with more Emails they said I would have to pay 70pounds for insurance to get the gloves back but it was there fault so joke stay away from lasmir feel I've let my grandson down because of this company and lost money

This company does not deserve one star. Appalling clothes, appalling customer service. It looks like a UK company until you ask to initiate a return and then after receiving many standard emails about would you like an exchange, would you like a discount, send us a pic of the problem etc etc etc you get a CHINA address to return to, which is soooooo expensive. I’ve been stung by these kind of companies before so always look on Trustpilot before I purchase. Unfortunately, this time it was my daughter - she now knows what to do before making a purchase.

0 stars. As of this morning, they refuse to give me a refund and are making up lies as to why they will not. They have given no return label and they will not provide me with the return address. They are in breach of their own returns policy and of the Consumer Contracts Regulations (for online purchases). What a shame. Will never attempt to buy anything from there again. Please do not waste your time or money.
I have copied and pasted some text from their site below to show you how they lie. You will meet all the requirements and they still will not provide you with a return address unfortunately. I requested my refund the same day the item arrived. My item is non-defective. It is just not long enough for me even after sizing up as I am tall. I would not go up any more sizes as it would become too baggy as I am also skinny. They have completely disregarded this or have not understood. It is unworn, unused and in the original packaging. It has been only 7 days since the item arrived and they will not provide a return address. Even on returning, I would not trust them to do the right thing and give the refund. Just avoid.
