Let down lasmir company

I brought gloves from this company Lasmir which cost 28pounds they were for my grandsonas he suffers from raynaud's so was important they were heated gloves but they sent normal gloves asked to send back they offered 10% of price so when I pushed with more Emails they said I would have to pay 70pounds for insurance to get the gloves back but it was there fault so joke stay away from lasmir feel I've let my grandson down because of this company and lost money

12 days without internet

Internet went off for 12 days so was disappointed with service but got sorted after mix up so told me they would give me free 2 months so happy
