Stay away - chinese & no respect of consumer rights

Bought some lamps from the website. Outside the fact that the pictures do not reflect the quality (look great on picture but you just get poor chinese quality), they arrived broken. No decent packaging, nothing to really protect them.

I sent pictures right away, after 6 or 7 mails (where they claim that customer service is important, customer is king,...) I get their best offer : 30% refund and 40% off next buy... I want to return and get refund, but they seem to bypass consumer rights - I should be the one paying for a return according to them... if someone can explain why ? It's almost theft.

Oh, one more thing, they will probably reply to this comment that they are very sorry to hear this and that I should contact them. I have been mailing them, forth and back, for more than a week now.

A decent customer service would say "OK we send you a return sticker and we refund or replace, very sorry". I don't think Lunellda business will last very long.

I'm annoyed that I was stupid enough to give it a shot. Just stay away from them ; it's money thrown out of the window.

Unacceptable... don't buy anything from this company

C'est totalement inacceptable, mais je vois que je n'ai pas le choix parce que les ports vers la Chine sont de plus de 35 € pour ce petit colis
Je ne comprends pas pourquoi une entreprise en France n'a aucune idée du produit qui sera livré en son nom.
Et pourquoi vous permettez-vous d'afficher un article qui n'est pas celui qui a été livré ?

I ordered a product from this company and the advertisement showed an aqua blade window cleaner with all its attachments. What I received was a piece of shit from China which probably cost about €2 and was nothing like the one that they advertised.
I've sent them about four emails and they say it's my responsibility to send the item back to China if I don't want it....for a refund.
But when I go to the post office they tell me it's going to cost about €30 to send it back to China.
It seems to be completely unacceptable that a company advertises a product and then has no idea about the product that's actually going to be delivered... and then offers me 20% refund as a sign of goodwill… Totally unacceptable but no choice

The worst company

The worst company! I bought a jacket ! Pictures on the website were nice. But then came this jacket 🤯😤🤦🏻‍♀️it was a disaster! My jacket costs 58 euros, but I received cheap Chinese clothe! Everything was wrong! I wrote in customer service, but they don’t give money back! Scam

impossible to get an invoice

impossible to get an invoice , keep telling me i need to contact the invoicing party but there is no contact on the website, misleading, helpless , I will have to return my order upon arrival . update - I got my order , the lights were not the solar version but wired one , no contact possible from custuer servcie - kind of AI type of answers - I want to return the order so far just got generic answer totally helpless .

If I could I would give 0 stars. I would NOT order there! It’s a scam. I ordered a toy for my nephew’s birthday and it arrived with destroyed packaging, bad quality of the products and after more than 2 weeks after purchase. I wanted to return the item but it’s just impossible to get a return label or any instructions from their support to return it. STAY AWAY FROM LUNELLDA!

The fabrics of the dresses were detailed linen and coton, but I received two dresses in Polyester!
I'm very disappointed!
