What a rip off

a scam. The jumper was described as wool. What arrive was a nylon cardigan with a knit print on it. I asked for a refund and returns label. 4 times they replied offering discount codes and partial refund to which I said no. It comes from a London address but has to be returned to China?! I have returned the item, but don't believe I will ever get my money back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY'RE A RIP OFF!

The surgery was empty

The surgery was empty, I arrived on time and had to wait 10-15 mins before being seen. This caused my pet to become more anxious.

need to know their product

on the whole the service was excellent, the bathroom is very good quality, it arrived promptly and the staff are polite. However, when I called to ask a question about a product the member of staff couldnt answer. I would have felt more confident if the staff knew more about the products they are selling.
