Dreadful company,
Further to all the previous reviews - which unfortunately I failed to look at, this company is dreadful. The cashmere cardigan I ordered took nearly 4 weeks to arrive and is complete rubbish. After several emails I have been offered a 10% refund and a 40% discount on further purchases, obviously useless as there is no way I would ever buy from them again. No sign of a return label, so I guess I have to chalk it up to experience. Do not use this company.
