They're honestly so poor

They're honestly so poor - they're taking their sweet time to release my funds to me, I sent them my account number and sort code and bank statement and i'm still waiting to get my money back, it's a mess

How can we do to report this bank as a scam , they block my account for no reason and they kept my money in it , I have no weird transactions at all , they ask me for alternative account and pdf which I have sent them but it seems to not give my money back !??

What a crap bank I would even say that…

What a crap bank I would even say that they are about the same as Monzo closed my account because I had winnings paid into it from a gambling site not that I’m bothered about it been closed but reading a Google report from the times newspaper maybe people should read it as they are not the best for customer service etc etc but hey ho plenty of better banks out there that treat you well and are glad of your customer 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Froze my card and transactions after I recited £110 from my freind. I suspect her name wasn't favourable. They redunded her money.

I can't use my account now no communication. All my messages ignored by AI telling me I will one day recieve message.

Free money for them to use thousands pound to profit from until they return. This should be illegal.

AVOID - not to be trusted

Unfortunately based on my experience, this bank cannot be trusted. They are happy to allow an account holder to be defrauded by a conman operating a scam and when recovering funds from that con person seek to interfere and inconvenience a genuine customer.

My advice? I do not recommend using this bank. AVOID
