Paul the engineer phoned beforehand to let us know what time he’d arrive and was prompt. He got on with the service efficiently and quickly. My only gripe is that it would be good to have a paper record to place with other household docs to confirm regular services are being done, and I feel Baxi are missing an opportunity here. This did not detract from Paul’s work.

Very easy to use app meant that I could open an account in minutes. The process is simple and walks you through. All the requisite information is to hand and your attention drawn to it. Look forward to using the account.

Really easy to use system and very convenient for me as the lockers are about 100 metres from my house. Directions on screen are easy to follow and the system appears foolproof. Communication is great too as you are kept up to date all along the way, until collection is available. Highly recommended!

Had to apply one star rating as otherwise can’t leave a review, but would award Hisense zero stars. Do not buy a Hisense TV under any circumstances. Can’t say exactly when this TV was bought as my brother purchased it for my dad, but the production date was 18/4/23. Neither Hisense nor Currys can tell me when it was bought however, it’s at best just over two years old. Turned it on last week to find a screen full of vertical and horizontal lines. Contacted Hisense who need to confirm proof of purchase before proceeding with the call. Currys can’t provide me with proof of purchase either. So a TV barely over 2 years old is absolutely useless. Don’t waste your money. Buy a better brand.

Ordered garden furniture on Easter Saturday 19/4 evening, and it was delivered Thursday 24/4, from Leicester to NW England. The service was amazing. Everything was intact and it took us no time to put it together. I had been looking for stylish aluminium garden furniture and I’m delighted with the quality of the furniture I received. Easy to order, and items arrived quickly with a very thoughtful free gift. Can’t comment on whether the Magnesium works as yet as haven’t taken them for long enough, however the supplements contain very high quality ingredients.

Engineer turned up within time allocation although as it’s between 8am and 6pm it’s a wide window. Call made to confirm time of arrival though. Annual service took minimal time as it’s a new boiler. Job completed and the engineer was on his way. No faults to report.
