its ok but can do better

fast response time, has to to review transfer for as small as a few thousands pounds, but it went through the review dep fast.

While other banks nowadays using AI or auto ID/face verification, kroo is still a little bit slow on tech.

Hope it gets better someday. Overall very nice.

Nice one

Nice one. Just one drawback is that can't view scheduled payment details, like the payee's account number and sort code. I have multiple saved payees with the same nick name, by setting standing orders to them I don't know which is which.

Eveytime when i send more than 1K to my other bank from Natwest, it blocks my account. Impossible to use. Very low and old system. Bad experience.

They steal your luggages sometimes

There are thefts, be aware of your luggage. When you checkin luggage at LHR, it will get stolen sometimes, staffs at the back warehouse steal luggage. and when you report a lost, they dont bother to investigate. They steal your items and then just tell you it's lost unfortunately.

barriers

account locked for transfering a small amount of money to my own bank account, then told to visit branch to unlock. But all branches in london are permanently shut down, where do i go? And VM couldn't solve it through the phone, still using 50-year-old method to verify customer which makes no sense.

How do I visit a branch since all branches are shutdown. Do i take a 4-hour train to go to another city. CS got no clue on how to solve it, unprofessional, unhelpful, over-complicate a super simple task, creating unnecessary barriers to customers.

customer support does not exist, beware of the buggy app.

customer support does not exist. ignore messages and never provide any help. Also, the app has bugs when setting up account password, can't trust a company with poor code quality.

update: 8 days later, still have not heard back from customer service.

update: eventually after a month the support did reach out and helped. Thanks.

worried but overall good

I purchased an iPad 8th, this is the first time I buy from the site. After reading the review, I was a bit worried if I can receive it, I paid with my credit card, to add a layer of protection.

I received it after 2 weeks, everything is perfect, the package is wrapped with multi-layer bubble wrap. The iPad box is sealed and the contents are obviously new. Although the charger is not compatible in the UK, it includes an adapter.

I do not know why it is cheaper compares to other sites, but the product is genuine and new. I checked with Apple warranty, and I got all the free addons such as free one-year iTV, 3-month Arcade etc, that come with the purchase of an iPad.

One drawback is that the post was a bit slow. If you notice the parcel status does not update for a week, do not worry, it will get processed eventually.

So if you are willing to wait a bit longer for a cheaper deal, this site worth a try. Recommended.

I left a 5 star because I received the parcel and am happy with the shopping experience. The slow delivery (2 weeks) is something that comes with a cheaper deal I guess, but I am ok with it as long as I receive my purchase.
