These guys have been great in helping to sort out a problem with rats at my sister's address, which had moved into her loft space and were (understandably) causing her a lot of distress. We now understand where the problem originates (neighbouring properties, via the drainage system) and have been able to use JG's reports (professionally provided after each visit) to obtain the necessary support to get the issue dealt with.

All good so far! We are trying the sample box as an additional food for my (very active) four year old Labrador, to supplement his main food and to try something different. The cans are handy for storage and he is enjoying the taste of all the recipes, so far. 👍🐶

First time with this company with whom I ordered some "letterbox" type flowers for my sisters birthday. They arrived on the correct date, in good condition and have since bloomed nicely. She is very pleased. As with so many of these ordering systems, the various email acknowledgements have been addressed to my sister, whilst using my email address. I never know whether this is a glitch, or me not doing something correctly? Apart from that minor issue, all good.

So far, so good. The app takes you through the application process and was seamless (including the necessary ID stuff) and feels properly secure. Set up to run our household bills - and all looks good to me, so far. 👏

This review only relates to the booking process - which was very straightforward and done directly from the Sykes app. Easy to use and functioned well throughout.
