Account confirmation letter

Getting an account confirmation letter was so quick and straightforward. I was stressing thinking it would take long but Hash was very helpful. It took only a few hours.

Membership or One-Time Daily Access??

Paying so much for a one-time access daily is wrong. This isn’t what a membership is. You don’t even have access to the dressing room after 10pm. Very horrible service. I’ll be leaving.

If you come back a second time in the same day, please press the green buzzer button near the gates and someone will let you in. The app does only grant entry once per day, but you're welcome to come back as many times as you like, we'll just need to let you in. 👍

They sell our data !

I don’t really trust them. 2 days after I published my website, I got numerous adverts in my personal email from people wanting to help optimise my SEO, website, and all of that.

So what exactly is this? Selling our personal data???
Please someone get through to me to discuss this data breach immediately.

First Time Customer

I need to login to my account. I’ve emailed, texted, on every platform for over 6 hours. No answer. It’s sad that I have to come all the way to Trustpilot to reach out to you again. I need to login to my account please. I’m frustrated already at your wait times, I doubt I would be coming back. Took all the joy right out of the purchase already, just want this to be over.

Update- In response to your reply, I am also talking about your delay in processing your orders. I’ve been waiting over 15 days now. Got a mail 2 days ago saying I shouldn’t login that my order is being processed. Up to now, nothing. In conclusion, this is my one piece - first time customer with a bad experience. I do not fault the company but they need to be extremely transparent before collecting payments from customers. Let us know it might take a month before we receive value for our purchase. Your delay in order processing has taken the joy out of my purchase. From 3-7 days processing time to 15 days and counting. P.S I am not saying your company is a fraud, I’ve done my due diligence. I am only clearly dissatisfied with your processing times.

£6.95 for Next Day Delivery which took 72hours

I ordered a pair of anti blue light glasses on Friday 12pm and really needed it to come next day because of my migraines so I paid an extra £6.95 for next day delivery (if ordered before 2pm).

Come next morning and I’m dismayed to find out that my glasses would now take 48hours by Royal Mail to be delivered on Monday. Nowhere on the website or checkout page does it say ‘excluding weekends’. For a fact, you can go on their website now and pretend order and you will be shocked to find it still says £6.95 for next day delivery (if ordered before 2pm). At point of writing this, today is Saturday 13th July.

Please be clear about your delivery schedules so it is not misconstrued by customers unless it is a scheme to make more money off your loyal customers.

Update: thank you for your kind gesture. I updated my review to include an extra star for your swift response.
