What an unforgettable day at Wimbledon! This was our first time and the experience was world-class from start to finish. Elegant hospitality, seamless coordination, and incredible tennis. Special thanks to Sophie Watson for her outstanding service and attention to detail. She made the entire day effortless and truly special. We can’t wait to return.

I would like to Thank Sophie Watson for assisting myself a year ago to book the hospitality for men’s final at Wimbledon. As I had issues booking it on line she kindly assisted. Sophie kept in touch throughout the time leading up to the day. We requested seats behind the service line, we were allocated fantastic seats.
We fully enjoyed the day everything was seamless on the day. The special Thank you to the Rosewater staff, Alice, Megan and Johnny who looked after us on the day table 43. Unfortunately we didn’t meet a former tennis player but got to meet the chef Marcus.
Thank you all will definitely book other sporting events with yourselves and will recommend you to family and friends.
Excellent service a day to remember.

Wimbledon Ladies Final
The most unbelievably positive experience at Wimbledon for the ladies final!
Started planning/booking for Wimbledon in July 2024 as a 60th birthday gift for my husband. My contact has been with Sophie Watson via email and phone, I was impressed with her professionalism and patience walking me through the process of securing tickets and what to expect. There were frequent email updates to keep us in the loop as the event drew closer. Closer to date my husband could not attend the event because of a business trip overseas therefore our eldest daughter and a friend jumped at the opportunity and attended the Ladies Final.

From the moment they arrived at Wimbledon they have been treated like royalty. The staff was so professional, attentive, efficient and fun to interact with (and they were all dressed in the most beautiful outfits which added to the glamour of the event). The event space was amazing, there was air conditioning which was a nice break from the oppressive heat of London, the food was outstanding. Once we left the hospitality space, a golf cart driver took us to the Centre Court entrance. Our Centre Court seats were greatl!!
Keith Prowse is an amazing organiser. There is not one negative thing they could say about their experience or one thing they could have recommended that they do better. They literally thought of everything and more.
Definitely an amazing experience . Well done Bravo!

A full day of food and entertainment
Wimbledon has been on my bucket list for a while. I thought it would be impossible to go especially attempting to make arrangements coming from the US. I inquired through Keith Prowse and the best liaison Sophie Watson contacted me. The experience exceeded expectation!! I will go again in the future.

We had the most unbelievably positive experience at Wimbledon. Started planning our trip to Wimbledon in August 2024. From my first interaction with Beatrice Hovell via email and phone, I was impressed with her professionalism and patience walking me through the process of securing tickets and what to expect. There were frequent email updates to keep us in the loop as the event drew closer. My husband has a shellfish allergy and Beatrice and the staff could not have been more proactive and cautious. From the moment we arrived at Wimbledon Treehouse, we were treated like royalty. The staff was so professional, attentive, efficient and fun to interact with (and they were all dressed in the most beautiful outfits which added to the glamour of the event). The event space was gorgeous, there was air conditioning which was a nice break from the oppressive heat, the food was top notch and the cocktails were spectacular. There was plenty of seating which allowed us to meet people from all over the world. There were perks I wasn't even aware of (the pampering area for a quick makeup touchup, the drop shot slide, the sweets room, a storage room so you didn't have to cart your things around, a phone charging station, etc). Once we left the hospitality space, a golf cart driver took us to the Centre Court entrance. Our Centre Court seats were phenomenal!!
We have been to many high end hospitality functions in the States. We've been in the NFL Hospitality Lounge at Super Bowl, attended Horse Racing Triple Crown races, been to a corporate suite at the US Open, but nothing rivals Keith Prowse. There is not one negative thing I can say about our experience or one thing I could have recommended that they do better. They literally thought of everything and then some. It was an amazing day and the hospitality was A++.

Terrible
Terrible. Waited and waited their website can’t handle the traffic. Got to the pay portion and was booted. Horrid and ruined my chance of planning the package I wanted.

Skyline is excellent.
The view from skyline is excellent.
The staff are all extremely helpful.
The only problems were:
The gas bottle for the Guinness was off for 30 minutes on one of the days
There is only one coffee machine and the queue becomes unacceptable for a premium experience.

Had ANOTHER great trip to Wimbledon in…
Had ANOTHER great trip to Wimbledon in July 2025 with help from Sophie W and all the people at Keith Prowse.
The two days we had were fantastic.
We tried the Rosewater Pavillion for the first time and loved the seemingly more relaxed venue and the proximity to the courts - the staff - especially Millie - were great as always and we had a fabulous day.
We also visited the Lawn venue and the food was exceptional - again the staff were great and we liked the idea that it’s open till 9pm now so you can chill after play and wait for your car home.
Hard to choose between the two - maybe doing both is a good idea!!!!
We will definitely be returning next year

Had another excellent experience!
Had another excellent experience with Keith Prowse at Wimbledon! We used them in 2016 and had a terrific time, so booked a package again with them in 2025. Our rep, Jonathan Gaida, answered all my questions in the months leading up to Wimbledon, and everyone at Keith Prowse, on-site, was super helpful and friendly. our Court 1 tickets were sensational, like right at midcourt, and our Centre Court day seats were good as well.
Highly recommend Keith Prowse!

Great experience at the Lawn!
The hospitality at the Lawn was first class and exceeded all expectations. We didn't have to wait more than a minute for any service, and everyone was so nice and helpful. The tickets to Count 1 were fabulous as well. It was an absolutely wonderful day, and we had a great time. We enjoyed ourselves so much we didn't want to leave.
Thanks to Beatrice from Keith Prowse for such great help and making our experience so easy. We will definitely be back and couldn't highly recommend this hospitality experience enough.

Loved the friendliness of staff quadisappointinglity…
Loved the friendliness of staff quality of seats at Eastbourne. Did not love the catering no breakfast and all stated allergies were ignored so couldn't access anything on the menu for either lunch or tea. Chef and manager tried their best but had been given no notice so why request info in advance? Who serves cream tea with vegan cream containing lentil protein and scones with soya and lentil flour. Very disappointing given the cost.

Great view, nice buffet , entertaining company
It was fine. Breakfast OK, lunch buffet fine, my guest a vegetarian got special attention. There was confusion over seating and the order was 'Sit where you like'!

I would return to the skyline.
I thought the service, staff and food were excellent. Would have been nice to have had a few other drinks options.
The area and seating were relaxed but stylish, pleasant and well maintained.

Food and beverages: Excellent 👍 throughout the day. Well done! If I’m critical breakfast part could’ve been bit better.
On arrival: No information or directions to direct where to go. Had to ask several stewards before someone knew what to do with our tickets. Once we managed to get the wristband things got sorted.
There was no champagne though! Also there no bins to dispose rubbish. I presume that could for security reasons but there ought to be some information explaining what to do with the rubbish like coffee/tea cups, bananas skins etc.

This has become a pleasant tradition that my wife and I enjoy. It is our third Test Match visit. The hospitality right from breakfast through to afternoon tea is absolutely brilliant. We are already looking forward to returning in 2026.

Worst experience ever at the Test Match.
Although we had paid for orange parking last year through KP, it was not on the ANPR system and there was a long, frustrating and embarrassing wait before we were admitted.
The food at the Warwick Suite was well below the standard of our previous bookings with KP at that venue. No cricket celeberity talked to the guests as has always happened before. Altogether a poor experience and we are seeking compensation.

Michelin star test experience
I attended the Warwickshire Suite on the 1st day of the England India test match. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is breakfast should not have been only in a bun for a suggested Michelin star standard menu and alcohol should have been available well before 11am.
