Our Experience of utilising Keith…

Our Experience of utilising Keith Prowse for the Queens Tennis was from start to finish and exceptional service. Special Thanks to Gemma Scott who helped ensure the event was smooth with minimal disruptions and great communication. On the day all the staff were very attentive and helpful, quick service and the food and drinks were very good. We will certainly want to look at this on an annual basis. Thank you to the whole team at Keith Prowse from the team at Vallum Associates.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever, booked for 13:10pm PCR 72hr test to fly. Got there 30min early and there was a line going all the round the building floor. There was No order, apart from the 3hr test line, if they were not already making enough money on the PCR tests clearly charging almost £250 for a 3hr test was more profitable then them honoring the alloted booking of their customers. We had to wait 2hrs in the line to get the test done. They did have one customer service agent walking the line which was destined to be a thankless role but give her credit she tried all her best to keep us informed.
