The kitchen quality is superb and Spence, along with Lee, Paul, Nathan and Matt have fitted it to perfection. Excellent support prior to ordering the planters with clear explanations. Product arrived well packaged in a timely manner. Clear instructions given and option to also view a youtube video. Looks amazing now fixed to wall and several herbs planted.
My only comment for others would be to plant up before securing to wall as it’s easier to get the plants into the troughs without there being another one in top. Water system seems superb too.

Another excellent event hosted by Keith Prowse. This is our second time attending the Queens tennis final and we had wondered if anything could be as good as the first year and yes it was. Superb customer service, regular on time deliveries and excellent product. I take 2 magnesium every night and both my restless legs and difficulty sleeping have improved immensely.

Very smooth process with excellent communication and efficiency.

First visit was awful as the sales assistant would not leave us alone, was unpleasantly intrusive and we were tempted not to return despite us finding the sofa we wanted. We knew however she would not be there on the following Monday so returned and placed the order with a sales rep who was much more appropriate. Our only criticism was that after contract was signed we were then told that although they could not give us an exact delivery date, we would be expected to receive it within 2 days of them notifying us it had arrived in their warehouse and if we didn’t that we could be charged storage. This would not be acceptable as 1. We were not told this until after we had signed the contract 2. Without being able to advise us on the expected delivery date, we cannot guarantee to be available within 2 days of being contacted. We were then however reassured that this would not happen.
