Great seats

Great seats, suite size and location excellent.

Food plentiful and enjoyable.

The high tables and chairs proved cramped and a tad unstable for some.

Overall service was excellent but the wine left a lot to be desired.

Steve & Kacey came to replace a faulty…

Steve & Kacey came to replace a faulty wine fridge. As the flat is on the 3rd floor, and the lift/corridor is very narrow I was slightly worried. The old one removed, the new one installed, confirmed it was working and made sure i understood everything clearly. The guys could not have been more tidy, polite and efficient.

Hospitality package for the concert was…

Hospitality package for the concert was perfect. We jumped all the queues to get into the hospitality suite nice and early. It wasn't overcrowded, drinks and food were just right for the setting and the event. Seats in the concert itself were ideal. All in all a great deal.

Little Mix at the O2

Little Mix at the O2

Hospitality package purchased quite close time wise to the event.
Everything went as per the package with no hitches.
VIP drop off and valet parking worked very well.
Access to the lounge gave a welcome break from the crowds.
