Don’t think it’s a particularly bad product, I mean it does what it says it will but for the price I expected much better service.
You sign up to a quarterly delivery and then you pay monthly; no issues with that but at the end of every cycle you have to wait for 10 days for your next batch to arrive….so over the course of a year you’ll be without the supplements for 40 days leaving you looking for an alternative to fill the gaps.
Sorry but for the money that’s simply not good enough.

The below response is a lie. They didn’t offer to expedite my delivery they offered me a 10% discount on my next 2 payments….this only after a week had past waiting for a response (they don’t reply to emails as quickly as they do on here…).
Furthermore I’ve never questioned the quantity that is sent. You get sent exactly the correct amount, I even weighed my servings each time to check and it was spot on - this is NOT the issue.
The issue is the delivery time - 7-10 days but always nearer to 10 between between every 90 day cycle.
If you shipped at day 80 and sent 90 days supply this issue wouldn’t exist….pretty simple really.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said by others here and on various watch forums - if only I’d seen before placing an order with these crooks.
My story goes - Placed an order with 48 hour delivery for a screwdriver I needed whilst back in the UK for a short period.
2 weeks later nothing had arrived so I messaged them (they refuse to issue a contact number or email address which immediately raised alarm bells…).
Rather than an apology they immediately and arrogantly tell me to read the T&Cs and basically it’s not their fault and I need to make a claim with Royal Mail….now I’m no expert but surely failure to deliver goods purchased online should sit with the retailer and not the customer?! Even if it doesn’t any decent retailer would look after their customer and do the right thing.
Royal Mail have told me they’ve never received a parcel from them so not their issue…..so I’m now out of pocket.
We’re talking about an £18 screwdriver here, small fry that they could have easily rectified for me but instead they choose to treat me with absolute contempt.
Without shadow of a doubt the worst company I’ve ever come across online - for what it’s worth I’ll pursue a refund with my CC company as no point arguing with clueless stupidity.
I really hope one day someone takes these con artists to task and teaches them a lesson.

Sam - As you very well know that date has been and gone and I’ve spoken with Royal Mail who say I can’t put a claim in as they never received a parcel.
If only you put as much effort into keeping your customers happy as you did defending your arrogance you’d be in a much better situation don’t you think?!

Ordered a jacket costing circa £600, 20 days later still no sign of it - Flannels blaming the courier company, courier company claim they have no idea and I’m out of pocket.
Be warned - any issues do not get resolved quickly!
REPLY - Hi Brittany, You say you'd like to discuss but give me no way of contacting you?! Yes your customer service team have emailed me but to tell me you're looking into the issue but it still hasn't been resolved and I'm still £600 out of pocket - not once has anyone offered me a refund and as I needed the jacket for a trip I've ended up buying elsewhere.
You need to refund me, clearly this item has been lost.

Review of Airports Taxi Transfers
Booked a Mercedes S Class to collect me from the airport and take me back the following day….paying £750.
On arrival I was greeted with an old hatchback car with a crack running across the windscreen and dirty interior.
Not having a lot of options I got in the cramped rear seat, the driver then proceeded to drive at breakneck speed whilst messaging on his phone and unbelievably started watching a football match on his phone with headphones in!
To say I was relieved when I arrived at my destination is an understatement after a terrifying and out right dangerous journey.
I’m now arguing with them to get a refund, their customer service team is awful and totally devoid of any compassion.
Do not be hoodwinked - this is a complete scam, I could have used UBER for half the cost and received a much better car & service….
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Awful behaviour from this company, they traded as Klafs Technical in the UK - they took a £7k deposit from me and then conveniently disappeared and reappeared a month later with a different name. Although I've tried and tried I've never had my deposit back.
I'm updating this (July 2025) as Klafs are now trying to have this honest review removed.
Been chasing them in UK & Germany but still no further.
Be warned - Klafs will not honour their agreements.

Absolutely shocking customer service….it’s like talking to a brick wall.
I ordered some new cycle shoes, their website states they’d be dispatch in 24-48 hours. 8 days later nothing and we’ve now moved house so impossible for me to receive.
Customer service don’t want to know and are refusing to cancel the order or give any form of refund whatsoever.
Avoid!!!
Update - Still no joy, every reply to my emails just repeats that they can't do anything! 10 days, no trainers arrived.

Looks like order won't arrive in time for the trip and i'll be chasing on our return.

As stated below the goods finally arrived and my wife is very happy so thank you for finally resolving.
Can't fault the jackets but perhaps next time an order goes missing you just send out another so the customer isn't left hanging.....or at the very least be honest about the situation.
Anyhow, all resolved now, i've update my post and rating to reflect the situation.
