Good comms, good price, product was available. Big thanks to Anna who went over and above to provide us with the information we required. A credit to the company. Unfortunately a shelf was damaged on arrival, but again, Anna quickly sorted the problem for us. Otherwise would have been 5 stars. Early days but seems to be a nice little unit, ideal for where we needed it. Would recommend this company.

I bought a toaster in which delivery was delayed and when it finally arrived it had scratches on one side and was dented. I got in touch with customer services to arrange a return and refund, which they responded initially agreeing to a return and have been ignoring my emails ever since for the last 2 weeks. I tried to call the number on the website and it seems to be out of service.
Bought a small fridge recently. Very good indeed. feels like Bosch quality for a lot less.

The Igenix online order for my freezer was straightforward & easy to navigate. Excellent communication regarding the order and delivery of the item. Received 2 phones calls on the day of delivery to confirm exact timings. The 2 delivery guys were very pleasant and checked the freezer over when it was unpacked. I am very happy with the freezer.
Product arrived damaged don’t won’t respond to any contact. I have contacted trading standards and potential taking them to court
My counter top fridge arrived ontime and without any issues? It's extremely quiet as it is for a bedroom? It has a lock on it, so that's great for students? There is plenty of room for lots of things, plus there is a tiny freezer although the door doesn't shut fully on it, therefore it doesn't fully freeze, but I have been using the compartment for my chocolate? Overall a lovely little fridge!
Dreadful company! Ordered an Air Cooler (10 litre smart cooler) direct from Igenix website, arrived with various parts of the water pump disconnected, no guidance in manual as to how to connect. Called number on website, says it's not in use. Emailed customer support, no reply for days then get a response saying they will reply within 48hrs. Given another number that also doesn't connect. Still no response a few days later via email. Email another 2 or 3 times, finally given a number to call that works a couple of weeks after purchase, though no one knows how to assist with water pump issue so book in a collection to return. Waited in for collection on arranged date, call at lunchtime as no sign of collection and it has apparently not been booked in. Book in for another collection tomorrow- really hoping they collect and return my money. Total waste of time. Don't buy from Igenix!
I cancelled an order for a freezer because it could not be delivered within the period specified by Igenix. A later delivery date would have been after the event the freezer was required for. Since the cancellation, I have rejected delivery attempts from the courier company seven times and have emailed Igenix multiple times to request a refund. It has now been 28 days since I cancelled the order, and I am still waiting for a refund that, apparently, cannot be issued until the courier returns the item — even though it was never delivered to me.
I didn't like the time it took from purchasing the new fridge freezer to its delivery. almost two weeks without a fridge in mid-summer. Also I had to make three phone calls between their chosen delivery partner and Igenix to arrange the removal of the old appliance. As I was replacing the same model, this should have been automatically coordinated between Igenix and their courier, rather than use the customer as a go-between. Better customer service is what was lacking and a joined-up, end-to-end delivery woudl have earned more stars.
Igenix mini-oven is highly effective and efficient - maybe wise to knock a minute or two off the recommended cooking time to avoid things being overdone.
The fan arrived opened and with parts missing. Spoke on the phone to Anna and sent numerous emails. She said I could return for a full refund and she would send me a return slip. Still waiting nearly a week later. Not replying to emails or answering phone. Shockingly bad customer service.
This review is about my experience with Igenix, not any item in particular.
Ordered a cooler fan on 2nd July, directly from Igenix.uK website. I tried tracking its whereabouts on the 5th which was the weekend ,(as it was meant to be delivered 2-3days at checkout) saw my order was cancelled since the day after my order was made, No email or text notification. Couldn’t reach them until weekday the 7th on telephone and was told, yea my order was cancelled due to stock issues and my money will be refunded in 7-10 working days!! All this with an attitude and no apologies, told to go check my spam or maybe the email is yet to come in.
If you had no stock, why debit me or take my money and cancel in less than 24hrs. Why not notify me? Now I have to wait almost 2 weeks for my money you took to come back to be able to buy my AC somewhere else and that’s unfair, as I need it now! I’m still hoping I have not been defrauded and your staff need to do better/be more empathetic.
A simple I’m sorry that happened or you didnt receive a cancellation email from us, would have gone a long way!

Ordered a fridge from this company thinking that going straight to the seller would be better service. We had a UPS email and tracking number saying to expect delivery on Wednesday 25th June. My husband took the day off work to receive it. It did not arrive and UPS tracking said they hadn’t received it. 2 emails were responded to saying it had been dispatched. When nothing happened I called Igenix who apologised and said the fridge had been lost in transit! We rescheduled it to be dispatched on Tuesday 1st July for delivery on 2nd. Nothing happened. We had received no email about the rescheduling of delivery and nothing from UPS which made me suspicious. Called them Wednesday 2nd to see if it had been dispatched and they said it hadn’t! Another day off had been taken to receive this fridge so another work day lost. I requested a refund on Wednesday as I was so unhappy with this and was told it would be immediately issued. We have not received any emails to confirm the refund nor has it been received by Thursday. Not at all happy and really concerned that we will not get the refund. Customer service was fine however making promises that are not honoured is really poor. Still waiting for a refund and still without a fridge at the hottest time of the year!
