The fan arrived opened and with parts missing. Spoke on the phone to Anna and sent numerous emails. She said I could return for a full refund and she would send me a return slip. Still waiting nearly a week later. Not replying to emails or answering phone. Shockingly bad customer service.

This bank is the worse! Been on hold an hour and 20 mins already and still in a queue. No other way of doing anything or talking to anyone as they don’t reply to messages for ages.
Tried to make a payment for a holiday and they blocked it, even with secure extra information. They make everything hard work! I am closing my account asap, I do not have time to waste trying to sort out problems caused by them.

I love Quidco! Been using it for years now and I’ve earned over £1k. I love how you forget about it and then get an email to say it’s confirmed and you have funds waiting in your account.

The quilt cover was advertised with having grey flowers, but when I collected it, it was definitely beige. Even the shop assistant said it was beige, and laughed that it would be advertised as being grey! Returned straight away. Complete waste of my time!

Order wasn’t delivered, sent again, and not delivered a 2nd time. Change your courier service. Promised a refund and took ages to get one.
