I am very disappointed with the…

I am very disappointed with the customer service I have received from your company today,
I have 8 sonos products and have been very happy until today.
My 4 year old sub has stopped working and after explaining to the help desk that I have tried resets etc and still no light on this supposedly premium product they can only offer me the 15% voucher that I have submitted for upgrade via my app.
After reading various posts from the sonos community and internet sites it seems you should offer a 30% voucher once unit is returned to you and the UK consumer right act does not come into affect with your company.
After years of wanting your products and purchasing various sonos items, I am now considering other company products as the support I have received is not what I was hoping for.

I did not know that Pimlico plumbers are the 4th emergency service, Please add the blue lights and sirens to your vehicles if they intend on using the hard shoulder

I did not know that Pimlico plumbers were the 4th emergency service. Please add blue lights and sirens to your vehicles if they want to use the hard shoulder as a live lane when the rest of us have to sit in slow moving traffic.
This happened today ( 11/4/24 - 7:10AM) on the M11 southbound between junction 5 and 4 with the reg of van looking like BATH .
Please speak to your drivers regarding the laws of driving in the uk. A well known company like yours should not have your drivers breaking the law.

I cannot believe in this day and age…

I cannot believe in this day and age that this company can get away with their unbelievable bad service. After booking and paying for a courier on Sunday night for a parcel to be picked up Tuesday and delivered next day I am still waiting for the parcel to be picked up (Wednesday night) after numerus emails to this company nothing has happened, They keep on telling me that it has been picked up or telling me they will look into it. I have asked them twice for the money back but no joy so far. Please stay clear of this company as you will get burned.
I will be taken this further if I do not get an apology and my money back. If minus stars were available they would get them

No email or message left on mobile, a courtesy call or mail would have been nice to let me know that this was a mis-price item.
PayPal payment disappeared on account.
Won’t be using this company again due to lack of communication
