I am very disappointed with the customer service I have received from your company today,
I have 8 sonos products and have been very happy until today.
My 4 year old sub has stopped working and after explaining to the help desk that I have tried resets etc and still no light on this supposedly premium product they can only offer me the 15% voucher that I have submitted for upgrade via my app.
After reading various posts from the sonos community and internet sites it seems you should offer a 30% voucher once unit is returned to you and the UK consumer right act does not come into affect with your company.
After years of wanting your products and purchasing various sonos items, I am now considering other company products as the support I have received is not what I was hoping for.
