Evri still haven't compensated for loss

Update

Just to let everyone know, I've supplied evri with all receipts and they still haven't compensated me, had an email now asking for an extra invoice. Just delaying, they have the proof. I ll let you know if they refund or not

Parcel went missing as soon as evri took possession of it

Evri have said they will reimburse me for the parcel that went missing with them, but within a fortnight. I let you all know if they do or not. Its been hell getting to this point and they haven't exactly been truthful so far, so we ll see.
Update:
Why on earth they bother to leave these ready made reply, replying nothing, I dont know.

Parcel went missing, evri not telling me the truth

Evri rang me last night to say that the parcel they didn't deliver was missing. They left a voicemail.

Then this morning their chat left an email saying the package had been damaged in transit. They left this generic email several times saying they would get back in 72 hrs. Of course they don't.

The only reason they emailed was because im having to contact them everyday to try and find my parcel.

The parcels been stolen when in their system. The reference was 'ring. Come to your own conclusions.

It was a ring doorbell not jewellery.

Reported to the police. They are refusing to give the managers name of the depot that collected it, then it went missing.

Report to the police if your parcel goes missing and don't send any parcels with them. You're paying them to take your goods.

Disgusting, dishonest company.

Tried to ring the evri number back.

IT CUTS YOU OFF AND SAYS PLEASE DONT WORRY WE LL CALL YOU BACK
JUST SO WE ALL KNOW THE TRICKS WE RE DEALING WITH.

2 more emails saying parcel damaged. What absolute rubbish. What will be next, a email saying lost, an email saying damaged, a silent phone call? The evri misdirection treadmill. I wonder how many parcels 'go missing' a day. Wow!

They have now sent a make a claim link which doesn't work. Please note when they reply on here, the phone number doesn't work, the links don't work. There is no customer service.

Disgusting company

I sent a parcel on 10/08/25. Ref: COOHHA0585011878. Postcode RH10 1PW. The parcel was not delivered. It had a reference 'ring' on it. I tried to contact evri but the chat bot is useless. Its now telling me the parcel has been missing for more than 12 days but when you click to make a claim, the link is a dud. When you attempt to ring them it cuts you off because the ref is not recognised. Their head office number is their customer service number so again cuts you off. I have sent them a recorded letter giving them 7 days to reply and they have ignored it. So, basically you can't reach them. I am now taking them to court as the only feedback I had was the parcel has been damaged and we ll get back to you in 72 hours and they didn't. No proof of the damage though. On here they just tell you to contact customer services or chat which dont work.

Basically they just took the fee, kept the parcel and the costs ate rising.

They only excuse, been damaged, then why aren't they compensating me, or answering chat or letters. STINKS!

DONT SEND ANYTHING WITH THEM, THIS IS NOT AN HONEST WAY TO DO BUSINESS. CONSUMERS SHOULD HAVE A CLEAR CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU CAN REACH. EVRI HASNT GOT ONE.

Sent parcel evri missing, blocking us making claima

Sent a parcel with evri. They accepted it in their system, then lost it. Customer services phone line doesn't recognise the tracking number and when we go on to chat, they say raise a claim and send us a dud link. If you try to raise a claim on chat not from the link, it says its an open case. They send us this dud link in an email 2 or 3 times a day. Its obviously being covered up and they are blocking us making a claim. We provide our phone number and they ignore it. Dud links are from a Sophie, if Sophie exists. Dont send anything with them.
Update. Sophie is still sending us generic emails with dud links so theres no way to claim. Get customer services to ring me, you have the number. Wheres the parcel gone? Stop Sophie covering the missing parcel up and allow us to make a claim. The parcel went missing from your local office. I encourage everyone to ring the police if your parcels are stolen. I wonder how often this happens.

Evri blocking claim

Sent a parcel from evri, nearly a month later they can't find the parcel. They've said we ve got it. Complained they sent a link to claim which doesn't work. When you try to ring their system doesn't recognise the tracking number and in chat they say its an open case. Therefore they've blocked me from opening a case. Its been stolen basically and we can't make a claim.

The point is Carrie we can't do that because your system doesn't allow it. People are sending parcels with you that are going missing. What are you doing about it. This was expensive. Are you bringing the police in to investigate the parcels that are going missing?

Dylan and Callum at livewave rf were…

Dylan and Callum at livewaverf were instrumental in getting part of our livewaverf system fixed and both spent a lot of time helping over the phone and email. We still have a little way to go but they have recommended suitably trained electricians so hopefully the last small part will get fixed. It's nice to interact with conscientious people which you Don't always get in life. It gives us confidence in the company.

Messed up render, refusing to fully repair

Applied the render on our house incorrectly. Took it all off after years of wrangling. Put it on again then smashed holes in it taking the scaffolding down. Years of wrangling again. Refusing to repair fully. Want to fill holes in and paint one wall after they damaged all four. Breathable render. Also damaged utility boxes, drive. Under cupboard lights never worked. Threatened to bring a crane in to move our shed after they dictated where it had to go and we complied. No proper management of site. Garden was laid with big divets. Update. Now refusing to repair at all. A terrible company to have anything to do with. Avoid.

Watch out for free 1 month boost, you ll be charged after that even if you don't know you've got it

If you sign up to a deal watch out they don't give you a months boost free but then start charging you for the boost even though you didn't ask for it. They then can only give you 3 months payments back for what they took without you agreeing. The 1 month free boost is a way so you ll end up paying for another 5 months but you won't know about it. So you pay for two months boost you didn't even know about even after the refund. Dont accept 1 month free boost

This company keeps harassing us for…

This company keeps harassing us for money we don't owe even after taking them to the ombudsman and winning. Customer service line says closed middle of the day on a Friday, chat says closed. So you cant get hold of them after they send these fraudulent requests. Will be reporting them again to action fraud.

Being harassed again for money we don't…

Being harassed again for money we don't owe after going to the ombudsmen. Trying to charge 180 pounds for one days electric after they opened up an account without authorisation and they apologised through the ombudsman. Wheres the law for this scam?

Disgusting company, should be banned

Ovo energy have started billing me again today after opening an account without my permission and harassing me for months. They admitted they were wrong in opening an account falsely in my name and they apologised after I went to the ombudsman service. They paid compensation for the harrassment they caused and apologised. Now they ve started harassing me again when I dont have an account with them and they are sending me texts and emails asking for money. I ll be going back to the ombudsman.

Chipping norton. Regularly overcharge when serving reduced items. They have a button they have to press for the discount. Caught a guy putting 4 items through tonight without pressing the discount button. They do it every week without fail. Its obviously a store policy to avoid the discount.

I rang this agent to see if it was a good time to sell and gave the reason we want to move. This was on a Saturday. I spoke to no one else not even my husband. My next door neighbour asked me if we were moving on the Sunday and quoted the reason. Therefore the info could have only come from someone in this office. Stow on the wold branch.

I usually spend a lot on amazon but they lock you out of your account for no reason whatsoever and you can't get back in. Won't be using them again. Couldn't if I tried.
