Disgusting company
I sent a parcel on 10/08/25. Ref: COOHHA0585011878. Postcode RH10 1PW. The parcel was not delivered. It had a reference 'ring' on it. I tried to contact evri but the chat bot is useless. Its now telling me the parcel has been missing for more than 12 days but when you click to make a claim, the link is a dud. When you attempt to ring them it cuts you off because the ref is not recognised. Their head office number is their customer service number so again cuts you off. I have sent them a recorded letter giving them 7 days to reply and they have ignored it. So, basically you can't reach them. I am now taking them to court as the only feedback I had was the parcel has been damaged and we ll get back to you in 72 hours and they didn't. No proof of the damage though. On here they just tell you to contact customer services or chat which dont work.
Basically they just took the fee, kept the parcel and the costs ate rising.
They only excuse, been damaged, then why aren't they compensating me, or answering chat or letters. STINKS!
DONT SEND ANYTHING WITH THEM, THIS IS NOT AN HONEST WAY TO DO BUSINESS. CONSUMERS SHOULD HAVE A CLEAR CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU CAN REACH. EVRI HASNT GOT ONE.
