Poor customer service on returns
I bought a toaster in which delivery was delayed and when it finally arrived it had scratches on one side and was dented. I got in touch with customer services to arrange a return and refund, which they responded initially agreeing to a return and have been ignoring my emails ever since for the last 2 weeks. I tried to call the number on the website and it seems to be out of service.
