Thabiso was extremley helpful dealtwith my query quickly and efficiently and rang me back to confirm the actions he had taken

We were delayed, I think the plan should have been better letting us know early so we could get food and drinks to take on board. The plane by the time we had food, everyone was starving including people who would not normally buy on the plane and so they ran out of food,soft drnks. I also dont agree we were less than 3 hours late and question timings. To be sat on the plane for nearly 3 hours is really not acceptable.

Good check in and organised. Leeds and Bradford is challenging with having to walk a long way and out onto the plane, not ideal for all.

All the staff are very helpful and have advised us on the process. We have never visited new york before and we are taking my mum who is 81 so needs some assistance and the team have been very helpful sorting this all out for us. There are 7 in the party so its been quite stressful sorting everyone out, but the teams help and the white rose, leeds has really made the process very smooth
