This review is about my experience with Igenix, not any item in particular.
Ordered a cooler fan on 2nd July, directly from Igenix.uK website. I tried tracking its whereabouts on the 5th which was the weekend ,(as it was meant to be delivered 2-3days at checkout) saw my order was cancelled since the day after my order was made, No email or text notification. Couldn’t reach them until weekday the 7th on telephone and was told, yea my order was cancelled due to stock issues and my money will be refunded in 7-10 working days!! All this with an attitude and no apologies, told to go check my spam or maybe the email is yet to come in.
If you had no stock, why debit me or take my money and cancel in less than 24hrs. Why not notify me? Now I have to wait almost 2 weeks for my money you took to come back to be able to buy my AC somewhere else and that’s unfair, as I need it now! I’m still hoping I have not been defrauded and your staff need to do better/be more empathetic.
A simple I’m sorry that happened or you didnt receive a cancellation email from us, would have gone a long way!
