Review of Igenix
A nice little fryer. Well made and just the right size for a single person but can fry enough chips for two (average portions). I take the basket out to fry the fish because the batter can entangle. Also could get two portions of fish in the fryer (if fried separately from chips). If you use correct chip shop temperatures and batter mix they are as good as a chippy.
