I have lost 5 seeds had little support, the best option is to Google for information. Still waiting for my full original order, has been 2 months. I don't think I'm going to get it at all, zero communication from support for 2 weeks now 😞

Unfortunately, without this correction, the shipment was returned and is now in the long return process, which can take up to two months during peak season.
As of August 6, you've provided us with the correct shipping address for the replacement shipment. The tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as the replacement ships.
During this time, while we've been actively helping you and sending reminders, you've left negative reviews without acknowledging our efforts to assist you. We would appreciate it if you could update your review once you receive your replacement shipment to reflect the full situation.
Will go with Gorilla moving forward. App is poor and customer service is non-existent.

Don't expect a reasonable response in a timely manner. I have been waiting for 2 weeks to have items resent that we're not delivered as part of my original order. The response for 2 weeks now is as follows: "...we are still waiting for instructions from the ops team, once we get them we will inform you how we will proceed to help you!" I want to the items that * paid for and were returned by the Post Office, there is no other way to help me!!!
