Well this last experience was wonderful. The agent took her time to explain everything to me in detail and made sure I was confident in proceeding and pointed me to more info. A absolute 5 star. The problem was after I received my box(Jun 19th 2025) I reached out to support about the door not shutting correctly. I sent them a video of the door and the light emitting from it while shut. I also pointed out that there was a dent at the bottom of the door which would only show up in person and not via a photo(which never was addressed. The response I got was troubling as I was told that not the units will be perfect and that the door just needed new weather stripping. In the video you can clearly see the door is not correct and as these are not cheap I was highly disappointed. As I had already waited 2 months to receive the box I ended up hopefully fixing the door myself. We will see how this grow goes.
