I regret it!

The customer service needs an overhaul and upgraded. The box itself isn’t built as good as they say because my light panel went out after a month and now it leaks often. I really am thinking about selling it because it’s not the OG edition where you can take more control of fans, light schedule and more.

My experience with the box and customer has been really good so far all of the agents are helpful. I would like to talk to someone at times for faster service thst would be my only ask.

Great Gift Idea!

It took me about 30 minutes to get it all done and I’m really impressed since it’s my first time. After I got the hang of it editing was easy! It took time to upload pictures had to do a few multiple times but I got it done! Great gift idea!!
