Lost packages and no tracking info
Amazon Spain sent the items via Envialia and is the first time it gets so delayed even the Amazon's website says "package might be lost". I use the tracking number and not a single information appears. Envialia's website is full with broken links I can't check anything there. This is the worst delivery company I found until now.
Charleton corier company - AVOID these scammers
They offered a 24 hour delivery service through Parcelabc to transport a package from Madrid to Portugal. They failed to collect the package for 48 hours, thereby negating their promise of a 24 hour delivery. THey have failed to deliver my package after 4 working days. They are not updating the tracking. They are uncontactable by phone on email. They are ignoring messages from the Parcelabc support centre and, I can only assume my package is lost and will be discarded by them.
Terrible service
Terrible service. The distributor refused to deliver the package at the door. Unprofessional. Not recommend.
Total scam
Total scam - don’t use!
If you search for your delivery at their web page the morning you get a message that they are in the way. In the evening, same time everyday- you get a message that the driver was in an incident. For us this has now been going on for a week!
No answer in the phone, via email, through their own enquiry at their web page and no answer on what’s app.

Would have given 0 stars if I could. Package not delivered because the "address is incorrect". Double checked it, all is correct. They repeat this a few times and return the package to the sender without ever notifying the recipient or even bothering to pass by the delivery address. Avoid like the plague and notify me in case you are interested in starting a class action suit against them. These companies have no right to be in business and their management and employees belong in jail.
Garbage company
Garbage company. Tracking numbers are a joke and don’t work. Their website is all missing pages and broken links, and when I say all, I mean every single page.

I would give a minus but can’t.
I booked a pick-up of a package from an office which unfortunately closes at 3pm every day. Envialia state that they pick up between 9-5 and there is no way to notify them that the pick-up point closes at 3pm. On the pick up day (a Friday) I receive a phone call at 5.35pm saying he is outside the pick up address. I explain that it closes at 3pm every day. He informs me that it will be picked up on the Monday.
By Tuesday I had no update so contacted the office where the package is waiting, it’s STILL THERE.
Tried phoning, texting and emailing Envialia with no response.
I tried changing the date of pick-up on the website and got a message to do it via Live Chat, there’s no link for Live Chat.
Absolutely shocking company. NEVER, EVER USE THEM.
I only did because our PO Box is in a Logial/Envialia office and the people there are really helpful.

Item not delivered!!!
I originally had a guaranteed delivery date for my order so I waited in all day......
After waiting in for delivery for the next 5 days and numerous emails etc I decided to cancel my order. This delivery company can't be bothered to deliver and then lie about "attempted" delivery and we were not in!! A total untruth. Stay clear of any company that is involved with this delivery company.

Delivery experience has been horrible so far. Everyday in the morning I get an email saying my parcel will be delivered on that day. I change all my plans to be home to receive the parcel and it isn't delivered. The tracking page says it's in transit for a week already, so not helpful at all. Really bad company. Stay away.

Realy the most bad delivery experience in my life.
Lies, hatefull reactions on normal questions, client unfriendly behaviour and last but not least THEY CANCEL YOUR ORDER if they don't like you.
I always thought it was ME who has to cancel my order, but in Spain the delivery company can, even for IKEA. A bloody shame. My advice; never ever in your life buy something online if Envialia is the delivery Company.
I warned you so don't complain afterwards.
A joke, not a company
I was waiting for the parcel since morning, refreshing the status all the time and then 'incidencia' showed up on the page. Supposedly, I wasn't at home and the phone number I gave was wrong. I checked the phone number - all was fine. Nobody called. The customer service says it will be delivered on Monday now - well... on Monday plants inside the parcel will be dead after the weekend so thanks so much for such a delivery! Either change the couriers who are delivering or just close this "company" because it's not even useless... it's harmful.
if you don't want problems, avoid this company
The worst courier company in Spain, write by email that hhey will bring the parcel and never does. They lie that they tried to call and deliver... I'm at home all day and I'm waiting. The next day he writes that he left my package at a point in another city, it is 200 km from my house! if you don't want problems, avoid this company!

What a bad service
What a horrible company. They say I was not at home which is not true. They do not respond to telephone nor to email. I will never order at an onlineshop which ships with enviala.

Terrible experience. Seems that when the parcel comes from a shipping company of abroad Envialia tends to prorize any other parcel before that one (because the income they receive for it is way less than with a parcel of their own), to the point that they will never send it to you telling all kind of excuses and forcing you to go to the local agency to retrieve it. Please never use this shipping company again until they change their politics.

Parece que cuando un paquete procede de una compañía del extranjero Envialia prioriza cualquier otro paquete por encima de este (debido a que los ingresos que obtienen por él son mucho menores a los de cualquier envío propio), hasta el punto de que nunca te lo mandarán, alegando todo tipo de excusas, obligándote a ir a recogerlo en persona a la agencia. Hasta que esta compañía no cambie sus políticas han perdido un cliente.
