The ordering and delivery were easy and prompt. The shirt is good quality but the sizing guide isn’t great as I ordered an L based on the size guide. It fits but on the large side, I think an M would have been the perfect fit for me.

La entrega se retrasó dos días sin ninguna explicación del motivo, salvo "factores externos" en el sistema de seguimiento. Resulta que hay un retraso debido a la DANA, lo cual entiendo perfectamente, pero esto debe comunicarse a los clientes o publicarse en su sitio web. Cinco estrellas para el conductor que llamó cuando llegó a las afueras de nuestra ciudad para que pudiera enviar nuestra ubicación exacta en el campo. Luego también se ofreció a ayudar a colocar nuestro tanque de agua exactamente donde lo necesitábamos.

I booked a pick-up of a package from an office which unfortunately closes at 3pm every day. Envialia state that they pick up between 9-5 and there is no way to notify them that the pick-up point closes at 3pm. On the pick up day (a Friday) I receive a phone call at 5.35pm saying he is outside the pick up address. I explain that it closes at 3pm every day. He informs me that it will be picked up on the Monday.
By Tuesday I had no update so contacted the office where the package is waiting, it’s STILL THERE.
Tried phoning, texting and emailing Envialia with no response.
I tried changing the date of pick-up on the website and got a message to do it via Live Chat, there’s no link for Live Chat.
Absolutely shocking company. NEVER, EVER USE THEM.

I only did because our PO Box is in a Logial/Envialia office and the people there are really helpful.

I have used Infinity Wax products since discovering them just after they started up. Love their products and the fact they were made in the town I stayed in was a bonus. Having moved to Spain I made sure I took some with me. However it won’t last forever so when I returned for a short holiday I made sure I ordered some and it was ready for collection the next morning. Excellent service, excellent product. The new shop is very impressive.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. We purchased a tumble dryer online and had it delivered but not installed. We installed it ourselves following the instructions included and in the online manual.
After one use there was a terrible banging on every revolution. We emailed Tien 21 who stated it might because there were transit bolts fitted at the bottom of the machine!!!! NOWHERE IN ANY INSTRUCTIONS DID IT MENTION TRANSIT BOLTS. Nor have I ever encountered transit bolts with any previous tumble dryer. I removed 2 bolts from the base of the machine (not exactly obvious) and no change. Tien 21 then basically washed their hands and said we have to contact Candy directly. After spending €500 and only 2 weeks old absolutely shocking customer service. AVOID!!!’

First set of Hunt wheels and absolutely delighted!!
Was looking for inexpensive but worthwhile upgrade and the Hunt 34 Aero Wide Disc wheels seemed to meet the requirements. Having recently moved to Spain and already experienced the hard reality of buying anything from UK since Brexit I was apprehensive. However Hunt make everything so easy and you know exactly what you’re paying up front.
Great packaging and courier service.
The wheels themselves look and feel like quality items and having just ridden them for the first time I am not disappointed. Great wheel at a great price.

Lost one star as when trying to arrange 2 parcels to different addresses recently couldn’t get the same service for some reason resulting in having to go to 2 different pick-up points.

Excellent product. We purchased our original crate 9 years ago and only replaced it this week due to it no longer fitting in our newest car. Our dogs have made annual trips by road from Scotland to Spain in comfort and security thanks to their TransK9 crate.
We were emailed regularly by Sharon updating us on the progress of our order. The crate arrived in perfect order due to the first class packaging (and the delivery company were top notch as well). Due to it being the narrower crate I was able to lift it and manoeuvre it myself thanks to its light weight for a top quality robust product.

T-shirt is a great looking item. Colour panels aren't printed on and should last longer as a result. Good quality item at good price and delivered in a decent time frame-enough said!!!
