Incompetent and useless - the driver never delivered my parcel, lied about me not being at home - I was! Package lost, nobody answers the phone

Ordered on line with a nice company, but unfortunately they use these guys for delivery. They claim the address is incorrect, but it is perfectly written. When getting in touch with them they now say they have an internal problem and that they can't tell me when it will be delivered

I give them a zero. They are shipping terrorists. They mistreat the packages, the merchandise.
They broke a suitcase, clearly throwing it from the truck to the ground, because it weighed 22 kg. Lazy and bad people. Avoid.
The Packlink website responsible and partner of this bad faith. Mafia.

It just doesn't work.
Got an email saying that i wasnt at home. (there where 6 ppl at home at that time)
Got to their offices the morning next day, just to be told that they only deliver in the afternoon. Waiting for the afternoon to go there again... Joke of a company. I will make sure to know wich company the seller use befor i order something.

Tracking is a joke.
This company doesnt care why do online retailers use these cowboys?

Waited and waited and waited for my delivery ..from the Uk to spain my parcel went through 2 different couriers and then these clowns got hold of it… tracking information wrong address!!! I message to ask what address they have and shockingly it’s my address ..so I try to make a adjustment to the address (which is bizzare) and they tell me I can not do this only the seller can ..even though it’s me that paid the £20 express delivery..I contact the seller back in Uk who adjusts the address..here is the best part!!! Envialia Málaga Won’t re deliver my parcel (which they didn’t attempt to deliver in the first place ..I have to collect it from Malaga ..they would rather send it back to the Uk than deliver it to me!!! Be careful what you wish for!!!🙈

Worst delivery company ever. I had a package out for delivery on the 10/08/2022. I waited in all day and at 5.30pm the driver called and said he couldn’t come until tomorrow. I explained we had waited in all day and we couldn’t wait in another day as we had work. He said ok I’ll deliver tonight. It got to 8.30pm and no delivery. This company is terrible, don’t use if you want a reliable service or you packages delivered on time. If I could give zero stars I would. Disgusting!!!!

Asda George order for Madrid. . Liars. Say they delivered when no-one was even in the house nor the city. Delivery was late ad we had to leave Madrid. False signature on the ´proof´ they sent. Awaiting 2nd delivery. Was due 23rd July. It is now 27th. saying ´we´ll deliver after 28th´! Im leaving that day for holidays. Disgraceful awful service. Will add their emails look like scam emails too. Wrote to them 3 times, no one responded.
received email today (28th) saying if i want my order before my holiday i have to get it! 60km round trip! Ur, thanks! What a joke of a company

Ordered from Amazon but the goods never arrived. They say the tried to deliver the item one day but our domestic CCTV shows they have never even attempted a delivery. They are impossible to contact by phone, never answer messages or emails. What ever you do AVOID this company like the plague. They are liars and completely useless. I wish there was a minus button for stars here. I would happily give them -5 stars.

It is not trustworthy company at all! I have ordered some staff from FiftyOutlet. Since 30.05.2022 I am receiving every morning that I will get the delivery during the day, and at the end of the day they have an "incidence" with my parcel. Contacting them via whatsapp business account doesn't give me any results. Every day up to now they say they have solved the problem, but nothing. They lye all the time. If I knew that Fifty Outlet cooperates with them, I would never order from them. Stay away from them!

Worst delivery company, 3 weeks and I still dont reiceve my order from ikea. Nobody helping and dont give a correct answrr about where the order is. I contacted them 3 times today to ask whete my order is, everybody say 3 different thing…. So now I will probably wait 1 month. Goood deliver choice Ikea!!!

Were supposed to pick up a parcel on Friday - nothing. As expected nothing on Saturday. Home all day Monday, nothing, but had forgotten my phone in the car. Got a call Tuesday 9.30 am that the driver had tried on Friday, but there was no answer and neighbors did not know anything. Garbage, there were four people in our house. Their calls on Monday were not answered, but i was not interested in a conversation but to get a parcel delivered. Told them they could pick it up today, but not possible for them, only on Wednesday. Cancelled the order and will not have anything to do with them again.

ENVIALIA is the worst transport company ever. They scam and rob people of their money.
STAY AWAY FROM ENVIALIA.

They don´t even have a tracking system & BTW a page with the words "En Transtito" and nothing else, does not constitute a tracking system. There´s no point in me repeating the same as 93% of customers have already said, because Envialia clearly don´t care.

Order sent from EfectoLED by these clowns. On the 26th Jan. It was sent in 2 boxes received 1 box in a fashion they left it at a bar in the nearest town because they could not be bothered to deliver it to my village. They phoned me and basically said we can leave it there or nothing. When I picked it up there was only one box. I phoned and they said the other would follow in a few days. Nothing for over a week the a replacement was sent by the company then the joke begins again on Friday it said out for delivery at 6pm it was changed to be delivered Monday then today the same now says Tuesday. A complete joke AVOID

Appalling service promised ikea delivery from 23rd dec then 24th then 27th, told me I can collect from Cartagena if I need urgently!!! What did I pay ikeadelivery for? Carrefour and leroy merlin have delivered on specified dates. Appalling service not impressed at all

I will not order from Carrefour again because they use Envialia to deliver non-grocery items. Envialia does not make any effort to deliver, they do not reply to emails or answer phone calls. It is not my fault that Spanish addresses are often dodgy and it happens to be the case of mine. Usually a delivery company would contact me for help but Envialia never does.
