Not perfect - but neither am I

Poor System but good people. Their tracking site oscillates from "out for delivery" to "delivery today" to "incidence" and begins the cycle again. My delivery never arrived yesterday and of course, I waited in all day but, in fairness, the driver rang me tis morning (Saturday) for directions and dropped the stuff off mid morning. I call that good service.
Carla, in Customer Service at Faro depot has always answered emails promptly and given feedback in a friendly and efficient manner. Portugal is not an easy place in which to run a parcel service.
My thanks to Carla and the driver.

The worst courier service I have dealt with in 15 years.

Shipped 3/12 from Murcia to Switzerland (they should have picked up on 2/12 but didnt bother, maybe they had other things to do that day)
Should have been delivered in 2/3 days.
On 12/12 I asked when it would be delivered, luckily it would be today. It wasnt.
On 13/12 I asked when it would be delivered, luckily it would be today. It wasnt.
On 14/12 I asked when it would be delivered, luckily it would be today. It wasnt.
On 15/12 I asked when it would be delivered, luckily it would be today. It wasnt.
They say it will be delivered today but for some funny reason I dont believe them. Call me cynical.

The worst 💯

I can only agree with others. The worst transport company in Malaga. I ordered some urgent things from Mifarma, which is a nice store. For two days I didn't go anywhere to wait for delivery. Every evening I get an email from Envialia saying that I was not at home or they can't find me... But they never even called! And the links in the email are not working, those are not links but just stupid pictures.
I'll never use Mifarma again as they have no other transport service. And I'll probably never get my order.

The worst 💯

I can't imagine a worse company!

I have never experienced anything like this. Absolutely horrible. Why would any vendor or store ship with this awful company. They have lied all throughout the process. First claiming that I wasn't at home when I was. Next claiming that the retailer from whom I purchased didn't give them the full address (what a lie...I saw the address given). Five days now they claim that my package is out for delivery...five days now that they claim an "Incidence". Yesterday, they even claimed that the driver crashed on the way to my place. I have no idea if I will ever receive my expensive parka. Simple awful!!

Worst company I’ve ever worked with.
They simply refuse to do their job. Nothing gets picked up, even if you contact their customer service through whatsapp several times throughout the week. I have no idea what these people think they’re doing. AVOID.

Not trustworthy

Super bad company. Say you were not at home, while you work from home and are home the whole day. I am waiting for a package that is days late already.

I would recommend to never use this company.

Beyond terrible

Made an online order with home delivery from IKEA. 2-4 working days delivery time. After waiting for over 2 weeks and loads of email later I still haven’t received my purchased goods. Don’t even know how many hours I’ve spent at home waiting for delivery. Envialia is the worst ever. Say they can’t phone me because I don’t have a Spanish number and when I provided a Spanish number they claim the driver has no phone. They can’t find my house and also they can’t deliver to gated communities. Very very bad.

Terrible

Where do this company hide all the parcels? As they sure don’t deliver where they are supposed to. Even flat out lie, delivered to neighbors, delivered to receptionist, but truth is, they was never there! This happened 3 times, from 3 different orders. Will never ever order anything from any company who use envialia!

Disgusting service

Worst delivery company ever! My mum lives in Spain and I've bought her some supplements, they lied that they tried to deliver the item and no one was at home. My mum was at home all 3 times. The package never arrived, God knows what happened to it. Appalling service, I've never seen anything like this in my entire life. How is this even legal? Disgusting.

ENVIALIA ARE AWFUL

If you find yourself in a situation where carrefour sends an order through envialia, cancel it. They are, by far, the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. They refuse to deliver parcels, lie that they have visited your house, you cannot contact them via phone, the staff on whatsapp constantly parrot that they have escalated the issue and the parcel will arrive today - all rubbish. Furthermore, if you have to deal with the algeciras branch, give up all hope of your parcel arriving and try and retrieve it yourself. I suspect that staff don't bother to look at the emails from carrefour requesting urgent delivery (at least at algeciras), just like they do not answer the phone at all. In addition to this, carrefour will tell you that envialia is having logistic problems - those of which last forever. The place is a shambles and deserves to be shut down permanently. If you read this review, take it to heart and DO NOT order from carrefour if envialia is the delivery company - you will experience a horrific nightmare just trying to recieve your parcels.

Impossible to contact

If you have a problem with your shipment is impossible to contact them, neither by mail or phone.
In 3 days I called about ten times and different hours, and just waited and waited.
I will avoid this company from now on. Terrible customer service

Second time (for different items to be delivered) that these guys send me an email saying they have been at my place, but did not find me. Blatant "alternative facts", as I have been at home on both occasions, all day.
Have tried as well to get on touch via email with my local distribution centre, asking to give me an approximate window of delivery on the day they suggested, no answer at all!!
Forget these guys, and look for a better option...

Envialia is the only transport company…

Envialia is the only transport company that works really well here in El Verger, by Denia. I have had negative issues with other transport companies (especially SEUR) but with Envialia everything works fine. I ordered a camera yesterday from Madrid and I got it today. I prefer using internet companies that ship with Envialia.

I can’t give 0 star

I can’t give 0 star, so I gave 1.
ENVIALIA keeps disappointing every time I order with Carrefour. They don’t take calls, you need to fill in a form and wait for their reply.
Since ordering with them, my parcel has always been delayed for days. And it’s not the delivery address because many times I’ve been ordering to different ones. And no email to inform you, you always need to go and check the status of your parcel. Very disappointing. Such a shame Carrefour doesn’t work with other delivery companies to choose from.
