Started off well, now I’m buried under a mountain of kibble
What a disaster. After a promising start, this turned into a logistical and customer service nightmare. Despite emailing on September 4th to flag a major issue, I was still charged — and apparently scheduled — for a 24kg delivery of dog food I neither need nor have room for.
Let’s break it down:
• I already had 12kg in stock.
• I bought more kibble locally because the original delivery was delayed.
• I clearly asked not to receive such a massive quantity — I don’t have a warehouse.
• I asked for a refund, a delay, a smaller delivery.
• I gave the correct address, which they still ignored.
• I called, emailed, messaged. No response. And then… surprise! The delivery went through anyway.
Is the plan to send me 24kg of kibble every month? Honestly, it feels like you’re trying to smother me in duck-flavored pellets.
Terrible communication, no flexibility, zero consideration for the customer’s situation. If you’re thinking of ordering — just be prepared to dedicate a room in your house to dog food storage.

Happy malinois
My dog is a rescue with many emotional problems. It used to be difficult to feed him and now he is always excited at meal times. He eats all his food and has gained the weight he needed. His vet is very pleased with his physical progress and has approved of his Dog Chef diet. We use the half and half plan and he loves it.

Perfect for picky eaters

At first my lurcher didn't immediately take to this food (he is a very, very fussy eater) and I was about to give up on it, but Dog Chef offered advice on how to tempt him, and very simply, once I gently re-heated the food, he took to it immediately. My Jack Russell, as usual, took to the food straight away! It looks and smells delicious, and the discount offered for multiple dogs is an added bonus. Thank you Dog Chef 🐾🐶

As the owner of a very picky little dog, I have really struggled to establish a healthy eating plan for her. Dog Chef was recommended to me by a friend and has been a huge success. First, and most important, the food looks appetizing - and clearly is attractive to my dog. The deliveries are well-organized and times are indicated beforehand.
Dog Chef’s website is excellent - easy to navigate, and it is very simple to make any changes to the content/delivery date of each order. There is also a chat line who have been very helpful when I have had a question to ask. As my dog is a fussy eater, she does tend to get bored with certain flavors but this has not been a problem as it is so easy to change the contents of each order, so if she appears to be losing interest in a particular flavour, I substitute something else.
An excellent service - so glad we found it.

It's a noticeable change, as now she eats everything right after putting her food in the bowl. I even have the impression she is more energetic than before (probably because she would eat enough before).
