Fussy eater Shihtzu now licks his bowl clean
I have 1 year old Shihtzu Myles. Over the past year, we have struggled to make Myles love and eat his pup food (kibble) but he has always been a fussy eater. After numerous attempts of adding toppers, mixing broth, or adding treats to his meal, we have more often than not found him puke bile because of empty stomach.
Within 2 weeks of getting Dog Chef slow cooked meals, he now eagerly looks for his meal 2 times a day and licks the full bowl clean. His poops have also improved. Dog Chef food has come as a miracle for us.

Top quality
From quality perspective absolute topper. The only issue is that the price is high if tgere is no discount. Good thing is tgat discounts pop up occasionally which makes it easier to absorb the cost. Treats are also amazing, healthy so you worry not over what your dogs get. Customer support is also great.

Game changer for picky eaters
Dog Chef, you may just have solved our little dog's eating crisis! We have a lovely little basset fauve called Simone, who is very sweet, clever and loving, but who has been a REALLY picky eater from a very young age. She refuses almost all brands of biscuits, and will only eat when we put little toppers of not dog, but human food on top (cheap mince, bits of chicken, sardines though she also went off those...). It makes buying and preparing her meals really tricky, especially with a busy schedule or when we travel. I ordered a trial pack of Dog Chef mixed biscuits and fresh food last week, and up to now Simone has gobbled up every meal! So far we have tried only the chicken and beef, we'll see what she thinks of the pork, fish, and duck and adjust our order for next time if she doesn't eat any of them but for now, I am optimistic and very grateful! I don't want to speak too soon, but if first impressions count in this case, your products will have genuinely revolutionised our dog's (and her owners'!) lives...!

Convenient and delicious
I have been using Dog Chef for around three months now for my two dogs. After taking a little while to get used to the meals, they now love them (and my dogs are very picky eaters). I value the convenience of not having to cook for my dogs and knowing that they are getting a balanced diet with all the necessary vitamins and minerals. The food also looks and smells so much better than supermarket dog food - you can really tell that the quality of the ingredients is very good. I also appreciate the user-friendly website, the efficient delivery of the boxes and the personalised service (I received a phone call after the first box to check how my dogs were doing with the new food). The end of Picky eaters
Since dog chef mixed plan has been introduced (4 months ago), my dog stopped to be a picky eater and is happily waiting for his food to be served! In my case it was not spoiling my dog (requiring you to change food every few weeks) but just find the right product for him

Great customer service
I’ve been ordering from dogchef for 6months now and overall I am happy I made the switch. My dog loves the food, which is of course the most important thing!
There have been a couple of issues with deliveries (not at the fault of dogchef) and each time I have contacted dogchef about it their customer service (via whatsapp) has been excellent.
My only suggestion for improvement is the quality/variety of the food - I previously used another similar company in UK (Butternut) and the quality of the meat seemed superior (in dogchef meat there is often tough, grizzly bits) plus the variation of vegetables, etc added to the meat could be improved to have more balance of nutrients.

Is the first time I order from them
Is the first time I order from them. The delivery company they have is very bad. They offer you a possibility to leave the package in a selected "safe place" of your preference. But then they cannot deliver if you are not at home, then what is the point. Until date I have not received my package that was ordered almost two weeks ago and I have no news neither from Dog Chef or the delivery company. Therefore, I tried the chat help line in Dog Chef web page, and its was as useless as the delivery company. Is really unfortunate that having many good reviews about the good quality of the food, due to the bad delivery services and help line, your brand is being impacted negatively. The person who by the way did not help at all is Lien.

Regarding the delivery instructions, it's understandable that you may not be at home to receive the package. In such cases, you could provide the address of a neighbor or another address that's not too far away and where someone can receive the package on your behalf. However, it's essential to ensure that the designated location also maintains the cold chain to keep the meals fresh.
We are sorry to hear that you haven't received your package yet, and the customer support team wasn't helpful. We will make a note of your feedback and ensure it's conveyed to the relevant team. I ordered my first pack
I ordered my first pack. Dog chef advised it would be delivered on Saturday within a 10 hour window. I stated that this was not acceptable, as Easybarf provide a reasonable 4 hour window.
I waited in 10 hours and no delivery. I have had no response from Dog chef, other than a generic response to advise it will be delivered today. I am not home today, as I waited in 10 hours on Saturday instead of running errands.
UPDATE after dog chef response....
I did contact you through web chat, email and Formal complaint to your CEO...still no response!!

Beware of Delivery
Our dog loves the food! We have introduced our friends to DogChef, they love it too. However, DogChef uses ChronoFresh for their deliveries, which is such a nightmare that we have had to cancel. They give us such a hard time to deliver- literally will not give us the box and insult us for 30 minutes while holding the box ransom. Because of this, we cannot continue to order DogChef. Hopefully they will choose another delivery service.
