My phone call with direct start today took all of 15 minutes. My CSR knew the products, listened to my needs, and met them quickly without trying to upsell me.

Extremely bad results, very poor service
As a first time customer, I ordered the tv/internet cobo. NEVER received internet after giving my personal information. Representative put the incorrect address and email on file. Tried calling back many times, no help at all. I was given and redirected to phonelines and numbers that were bogus in my opinion. I still don't have internet and there is no one to answer for this after spending serveral hours of getting the run around. I was repeatedly told by the representatives that they could only help new customers.

They are great. The price is not out of reach. My representative made me feel good about my order. I recommend you try it, if you don't like comcast prices.

The customer service was great. Joel was very friendly and very helpful in getting the service that we need. He made sure that we understand everything from the tv package to what our billing charges would be. He was very straight forward and we never felt as if we were being scammed in anyway.

Spencer in Customer Service and Ryan in the Bundle department saved a sale! I was about ready to cancel after speaking with CenturyLink (I was given pricing that I did NOT agree to earlier in the day), but when I called DirectTV, Spencer reassured me that I was to be charged the original numbers I was given. He then forwarded me to Ryan, who made the bundling process quick and painless. I was very happy with the service I received!
QUCK SERVCE
I called on July 1st to set up service for a triple play package, they were out the next day to set up my TV service. Verizon scheduled the Internet & Phone service to be set up on July 12th.
So far, so good with the TV. I am learning the new channels for my shows. Also how to work your remote. The Technician took me for a guided tour over the remote workings, so I would be familiar with the basic information. The young man was very polite.

I had several questions and was a little apprehensive about service with direct tv. However, customer service was able to clarify all my questions and then some. I called direct tv undecided if I was going to order it but after talking to sale rep about everything it had to offer and the promos for new customers and the long term cost I did decide to switch over to direct tv I hope the service is as good as I look forward too The sales rep was named Mathew he was very helpful and definitely helped me make the decision to go with direct tv

Service with a Smile --I heard it over the phone...
Daniel-- Mr. Congeniality--- gave me a price beyond my expectations. I have TV, internet and phone for 45% less than I paid Comcast.
Unfortunately, in scheduling the phone install, I was disconnected. I called back and held the line for at least 15 minutes and then was disconnected again. When I called again, I got a message that the office was closed. As a former director in customer service, I was surprised that the agents did not assist customers who were holding at the end of the day and did not even provide a message to inform them that the center was closing with a request to call the next day.

We are getting ready to move and was ready to find a better Cable/Internet/Phone provider. We went on the web site and chose the Live Chat to find out more about the bundle deals you have. We spoke with Marvin and he was wonderful!! I requested for him to call because I can talk faster then I can type. Within 5 minutes the phone rang and there was Marvin. He explained everything and really listened to our questions and concerns. After we was all finished We were ready to sign up!! He then introduced us to Chad who was in charge of explaining the phone and internet. Chad also was great. Our hole experience was so painless. Thank you guys for doing a great job,

When I called for information they made it a no brainer to just switch right then and there, I usually want to think things through and call back another time. This time, the price was amazing! The service was excellent! I felt like Kyle, the guy I was speaking with, was truly genuine. I dont know why I didn't do this months ago! No more $200+ cable bills!
