Months-long outage, little refund
My service went out in April of 2025. My service was restored in October of 2025. My refund for the service I wasn't provided for six months was $23.
Breezeline—Monopolistic Manipulator
Overpayed and overcharged for everything.
When I cancelled they didn’t let me, and only after an agent removed my card was I able to be freed.
After that, they sent me letters daily in the mail, asking me to come back and saying I owed them for my “service” that they refused to cancel.
They have a monopoly over BB in the area, and take advantage of it to play with their customers.
Plus their “high speed” internet was slow as heck, and somehow with GSM internet I am getting faster speeds, maybe it’s better with fibre, but the whole company screams red flag to me.
Streaming sucks
I am sick and tired of constantly loosing tv, internet, and phone. It is constant. When it is somewhat working, there is constant buffering. Recordings are ruined. What am I paying all this money for? When I had them on broadband, it wasn't so bad. Now that they have forced me to streaming, which I despise, nothing works right. They make you put a date of experience on here, but it is all the time, including today. I will probably loose internet again any moment.

I would give Breezeline 0 Stars, but it won't let me. Their service may seem ok...That is until you need to contact them. If it's the weekend or after 8 pm...your SOL. If you go online to use the chat portal...again it better be during regular business hours Mon-Fri or after answering their questions they will end the chat with you and tell you to contact them during regular business hours. I called them exactly at 8am EST(when they open) and I was told due to a high volume of calls my wait would be over 70 minutes. How is that possible? I've called about my service and my 94 year old mother in law's service about 8-10 times and every time the wait is over an hour. Every time! They have a very low rating for a reason. I never write reviews, but felt I owed it to all consumers out there to do so. STAY AWAY FROM BREEZELINE!!!
Worse customer service EVER!!!!
I have wasted countless hours trying to get service disconnected at a rental property and to discuss a new promotion billing at my 95 year old mother's home. I call regularly and have been on hold for an unbelievable amount of time only to hear my wait time go UP!!! I've had wait times at 112 minutes numerous times! Then I decided to go online (even though I really needed to speak to a live person), and AI told me I had a 112 minute wait time. I've put my name on a "call back" list and have never been called back! So here I sit again with absolutely no answer as to how to get out of this maze of insanity. I started this journey on 8/18/25 and it is now 8/25/25 and with documented numerous calls and a list of the wait times for proof and not a resolution in sight!

Service is horrible. I dont bother calling cause you get no where. For what I pay which is overpriced. Find a crappy service that cheaper as you will get the same quality. For what they say you get for service, Mbps, its BS cause you dont in my area. Im not the only one in this area of NH to confirm that.
I work from home so really not a reliable service and they dont care cause these large corps just dont.

I have been trying to get a credit for an over charge on my account I closed and keep getting the run around!! They took my money no problem and now after multiple live chats with being disconnected often they first said oh we will credit your account tomorrow now they say it can take 3-6 weeks to get my money !! This is crazy and should be illegal!
I would not get breeze line if I was you. Their bill doubled in price in a year, the service was out more then on and when it was on it did not work well at all!!! Stay away from this company

Breezeline deserves to go out of business. I had internet service with WOW for 13 yrs. They were Ok. Then Atlantic bought them. When Breezeline took over, The 'S' hit the fan. Crap connection. I work out of my home. I CAN'T STAY IN BUSINESS without internet service. The problem? It goes ON/OFF constantly. It is even happening as I WRITE this review! I am thinking of starting a class action lawsuit. But in the meantime I will be buying a Starlink Mini (Elon Musk). They can be purchased directly or at Walmart/BestBuy, etc. The roam unit is $499. You can put it on the roof of your car in the middle of nowhere and GET SERVICE. The monthly satellite internet service is $50.00/50 GB for roaming/or $80/165 GB residential. I CANNOT afford to go out of business because this HORRIBLE company does not know how to run a business. Please contact PUCO and watch for my class action lawsuit. THANKS FOR NOTHING Breezeline.

Have an active, good to go, Discover credit card on file. Been a customer since 2006. I have the most expensive gig internet plan. Payment doesn't go thru. I am unaware of this because IT ALWAYS GOES THRU. Slapped with a $10.00 missed payment charge. Called 'em up. After answering an extremely long list of "account security questions" I didn't know my pin and the lady WHO CALLED ME, because of a 26 minute wait time, had to hang up and call me back. Anyhow she said I was SOL and I gotta eat the charge. I think I just paid $10 to breezeline so they could verify and update MY info. Can't wait for xfinity 2 GIG to come to my area.
Tech support is totally useless and they LIE
A technician came out to my neighborhood today around 12:30 but not to my house specifically to run some maintenance tests on the lines. After the tech left my Internet service was down. I called around 1:00 to report the outage, which must have been caused by the tech. The Customer Service guy said it would be back up in about an hour. He LIED. Two hours later it was still out so I called again. The Customer Service guy said there's nothing he could do because the maintenance testing was scheduled to continue to 7:00. He said he could not open a ticket to get a technician back out until after they finished the testing. He said he'd would call me back to schedule an appointment. He LIED. No call and now it's 8:30. I called again and now waiting for a call back because the wait time was estimated to be 43 minutes. Bottom line - the tech who caused the problem should have been IMMEDIATELY contacted and told to get back to my location and fix the problem. I should not have to wait for a tech to fix the problem that he caused. A storm damage - yes. Human error/stupidity - NO.
Another provider
We need another option than this company. Horrible customer service, 45 minute wait for a human who might understand English. On hold for 15 minutes promised it would be fixed still waiting 2 hours later for a call back. Maybe they are using smoke signals or morse code

They send salespeople to my door constantly, they ignore my no solicitation sign and won’t take no for an answer. I’ve done my research and want no part of this company and at this point I’m considering taking legal action for harassment.

internet is terrible, drops out constantly and past 5pm its legit unusable. Dont try talking to their customer service either. you have to jump through 100 hoops just to talk to someone halfway around the world who cannot help you. Terrible service, terrible people, breezeline
Door to door Breezeline sales lady refused to leave my door
Pushy Breezeline sales lady knocked on my door yesterday.
I told her I was not interested. She kept talking, I told her to leave, she kept asking if she could leave me some information, I told her she could not & to leave.
She stood at my doorstep & wouldn't leave for a few minutes, she finally left.
She was at my door again today, but I didn't answer.
This is harassment!!

Representatives are often unhelpful or do not follow through with promised callbacks or fixes. Their voice mail system leaves much to be desired, and hold times keep customers waiting for hours for simple fixes. I’m requesting a resolution to the service issue and an adjustment to my bill for the affected period. My list of service outages are listed below..."
Breezeline Internet Service Is Not Reliable
I work from home and I need internet service. Without fail, Breezeline internet service is always intermittent. I have not had a full week of service since with Breezeline.
Hard and frustrating to work remote
I work from home and as hard as it to maintain employment (by no fault of any person, just the state of the world) I have no room for error; on my own, BUT...Breezeline....my nemesis comes to assist in destroying my home work environment. It should be totally unacceptable but it's accepted for now due to lack of options. I really like living in Colonial Beach; however, would like to move mainly because I want to keep my job! The power went down today during a meeting and I had no receipts to prove the outage. Im so over Breezeline. My husband and I pay the bill faithfully but all we seem to receive is unfaithfulness from Breezeline. This company is definitely NOT for its customers and that's a sin and a shame! I absolutely lied with the one star but considering the internet is on now, I wanted to be fair.
The 90’s WiFi is what is being provided…
The 90’s WiFi is what is being provided with 2026 high rates. The bill should reflect the service which is $3.00 max per month. It’s so frustrating that the service goes out minimum once per week. If you work from home be prepared to tell your job you will not be reliable. In addition they want to sell you phone service, like can you get the WiFi right first? If any other service provider comes through they will lose 100% of customers. I pay $165.00 for the fastest speed they offer and I am being robbed with no gun.
