I was impressed with the agents with whom I spoke. They were knowledgeable and upbeat. Seemed happy in what they were doing.
We have used Direct TV services before and when we moved, we never even considered another company. After speaking with the agents, I was all the more impressed with the company. These agents didn't act as though it was just a job. They seemed genuinely interested in helping me get the best service they had to offer. Looking forward to more good television viewing through Direct TV Services.
Very Bad Costumer Service...zero rating
1st time costumer here, i order a combo Cable and Internet service.
Salesman offer me a good deal (i think),told me they will expedite my installation for Friday 3pm 10-03-14.since im a first timer then they will give me a credit..NO ONE shows up..ok i give a slide maybe they are busy.
i received a call letting me know that may installation scheduled on Sunday from 8 am to 12 pm 10.04.14. Did'nt go church with my family thinking they might shows up and no one is home..so i stayed at home and wait...Technician shows up before 12pm..Unfortunately he doesn't have a proper tools, missing one Bracket.. (I'm so disappointed)..it's like you going to a war w/o an Ammo...come on!!! so re-schedule again for the 3rd time. on Monday 3 pm...10-06-14. NO F....N!..CALL ,NO SHOW UP.

I also do not have to pay for hd dvr as I did with comcast I get nfl Sunday ticket for a year free and hbo, starz, and cinemax free for 3 months. I can also watch many tv network on my phone tablet computer ipad etc for free which is pretty cool.

Salesman lied repeatedly.
I asked about a package including FIOS. The salesman said she could include FIOS at my address. I questioned her again telling her that 2 weeks prior Verizon told me that FIOS was not available on my block. She stated that Directtv had a special relationship with FIOS. She told me that the line was recorded and that she could not lie.She told me to sign up and the bundle manager would schedule installation. I told her that my wife and I work from home and that DSL speed was not adequate. I signed up. The bundle manager said FIOS was not available but they offered me a DSL product that had 5/15 mbs speed. I need 25 mbs speed. I canceled and will not do business with companies whose representatives blatantly lie.

I was very impressed with the customer service. They were very helpful and answered any questions that i had it was wonderful. They let me know what packages would be good for me and didnt try to push any expensive packages or anything like that. Thank you.

I would recommend direct tv to all my family and friends.Customer service explained everything to protection and answered all questions and got a $50 and $100 visa card
Best customer sales rep I've ever had!
Dave was the most phenomenal representative from any TV provider that I have ever worked with. He made the transition from our old provider to Direct TV extremely easy and followed up just like he promised, along with explaining the details of my package as clearly as possible. I have no complaints whatsoever, and look forward to all Direct TV has to offer!

I was with Comcast and switched to direct tv,wow what a difference,comcast couldn't hold a candle to direct tv,direct tv prices are so much better and reasonable,they don't try to take advantage of you and you are still getting everything you want

I will NEVER recommend Direct TV to ANYONE!! We have been with Direct TV for over a year now and it has been nothing but problems every single month. We are enrolled for online payments so it's one less bill I have to think about coming out of my account. Every month up until last month they have continuously saved my expiration date wrong on my card making it so my payments are late, then charging me for the late payment AND to make a payment over the phone, even though that is the only way I can make a payment bc they can't get their online payment system correct. Also, like I said, we have been with Direct TV for over a year now. At our year mark, our bill went up significantly without notice. (not how you think a loyal customer should be treated) This last month, they FINALLY got their online payment system right and my bill went through on time. HOWEVER, we were overcharged by $50.. again WITHOUT NOTICE and because they don't have record of a PPV order being paid for back in August of LAST YEAR!!! I looked back at my personal bank statement and saw the charge myself, that it was indeed paid for. You should not be able to charge your customers for whatever you feel like charging them for, without warning, just because you have their credit card numbers on file. After I finally got the rep. to credit me back for the charge, I had to make sure they were going to put the money back on my credit card.. which it was a good thing I did because they were only going to return the credit to my Direct TV account. So again, they were going to hold on to my money without my permission. (To add to this, the rep thought she put me on hold and I could hear her laughing about something with another rep.)
Also, don't plan on getting anyone that can speak English very well. I have had to literally ask to be transferred to another client because I can't understand them. As bad as that sounds, it's true.
I don't know how long we will be keeping our Direct TV. Even with another 9 months on our contract, I would rather cancel that and pay the fee then stay with them. :(
