I ordered a customized hockey baseball jersey/shirt.
I received the jersey/shirt and absolutely love it. Only trouble is that it had the wrong number on it - different than what I had requested.
I emailed customer service and Christine was amazing. She not only took care of the problem by mailing me the correct jersey/shirt. Christine was very professional and I appreciate her help very much.

Service was fine, took a while but it made it in a reasonable amount of time. Size runs small and sizing chart was NOT in line with what I got. Will know quality if the design doesn't fall off or melt off when it goes into a clothes dryer a few times.

This entire ordeal has been questionable from the beginning. It appears to be a drop-shipping operation from China, as the company’s listed address is actually a residential home. I reached out to Capital One to cancel the dispute; however, they informed me that it cannot be withdrawn until a response has been received.
As a merchant myself, I understand the serious consequences a chargeback can have. At the same time, I also recognize the impact these situations have on customers. At this point, I no longer care if the item ever arrives, as the damage has already been done to both of us.

The customer service is what impressed me. I emailed a question about size and lo and behold I got a response back the next day. Soon after I ordered 2 ivy caps with a collage team logo. When they arrived I could not be more pleased to see, the quality is great, the fit is great, i just couldn’t be more impressed with the caps. I like the merchandise I purchase custom made Shohei hoodie's. This is my second time, first time I purchase Shohei's jersey that was nice too! I think this company has great products. I will continue buying from Dihaga. At first I was a little skeptic about this company. Not now!

This item was never ever received and the tracking shows no address where it was even delivered but it certainly was not to me and then you tell me to call overseas to find out where it is and when it is tracked it simply shows label created not used - this is just another fraudulent sale in my eyes and you have done nothing but lie to me and made me wait to receive NOTHING ! WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY
