Communication not good.
They do not contact creditors with a letter to inform them you are in the program as I was told. They do not communicate when they receive your uploaded paperwork. I received a letter from an attorney and requested to negotiate that one first. The rep told me they would work on this one. They did not. Although I contacted the attorney, they still did not send a letter or call.
