Nobody came today for the delivery… I…

Nobody came today for the delivery… I checked the tracking number and it says:

Which means that we refused the packet.
Nobody actually showed up, so we didn’t refuse anything.
The delivery company just didn’t make the effort to come at the port.

No car, no help, no refund: I had a valid Credit card which CarJet…


No car, no help, no refund: I had a valid Credit card which CarJet used when I made the reservation: a bunq card. Arriving at the airport they (CarJet/Goldcar) refused to give me a car, bécause the creditcard is virtual. No chance to get the hotline of CarJet, no help, at the end they refused any refund.

Blijf weg van Zoofy! Service was amateuristisch, onprofessioneel! 2 facturen, één betaald, incassoprocedure... Klacht en correctie: geen effect... slechte communicatie!

GLS zerstört Waren

GLS zerstört Waren, statt diese korrekt abzuliefern: der Beschädigungsindex ist 44.4% (Statistik vom Stern 2019). Versicherung oder nicht: egal, Entschädigungen werden mit Falschbehauptungen meist terminlicher Art abgelehnt (Richtlinie ist 1 Woche bei nicht vom außen ersichtlichen Beschädigungen). Dabei wird eine Schadensmeldung per Email oder Kontaktformular (eigentlich Einschreiben erforderlich) sowieso erst nach ca. 4 Wochen beantwortet, meist mit dubiosen Rückfragen, bevor ein Ablehnungsbescheud ankommt.
