Pakket ging geleverd worden tussen 11.00 en 13.00.
Ik zat de hele tijd aan het raam om de camionet te zien aankomen. Wanneer die aankwam, had ik zelfs niet genoeg tijd om naar buiten te komen. Bezorger was al terug ingestapt en vertrokken met mijn pakket. Hij had nooit aangebeld of geklopt. 2 minuten laten kreeg ik email dat de levering mislukt was omdat ik niet thuis was.

First time they delivered, the official website said my package would be delivered that day for 2 days straight. After that it switched to "Delayed because of accident". I emailed them and got no response for almost a week, when it switched back to being delivered that day and it finally arrived.
The second time they delivered my package, they left it at the front door in the rain for anyone to take (I was home all day waiting for them) and put it as "delivered without contact".
I would actively recommend people to use any courrier but this one.
