Minus 100 actually. Every single time I get a delivery from them there is an issue with zero response from customer service. They should be banned from operating.

Take money but don't provide ticket

They advertise low fares in the search, I book and pay, they take my money and then 15 minutes later I get an email saying they can't process the flight due to a technical problem. BUT they did take the money from my account as an 'authorisation' essentially leaving me minus €700 and unable to buy a valid flight ticket with another airline while I wait for eDreams to return my money. This has happened on two separate occasions months apart. Will never use them again.

I used the 7 day trial - pay for life

I used the 7 day trial to try it out. Never logged in again after that. Now I see that they are taking money from my account every month since last year, despite not once having used the service after the test. I have requested money back. Do not enter any payment details here - you will never see your money back. This is thieving.
