The last 2 deliveries were perfect: hassle-free & on-time - my parcels were left inside the porch, beside the mailboxes, as all other couriers do. Note it is only after many “attempts to deliver” on 3 other previous parcels that lasted for days, so I’ve complained to the shop (a big apparel store) and said won’t buy from them anymore. Good that my complaints were heard and the service got improved.

I’m on my final stage of invisible aligners with Smileie. My main issue was crowded teeth, with 1 front lower tooth sticking out a lot. I also have veneers. I was sceptical, but the prices and timings in nearby clinics put me off. Since Smileie had a special offer at that time for upper + lower day&night set, I’ve decided to give it a try.
The entire process was very well described & transparent, and the customer service immediately assigned a manager to me, who was very responsive, nice and reliable. I was guided through making the impressions at home, sending them via DHL, plus got whitening kits as a gift.
The transformation in my crowded teeth has been amazing. The upper teeth got aligned quickly, those were easy. The lower ones are ongoing, but the progress is wow.
No issues for veneers too. Also, the teeth are whiter because aligners protect them and brushing is required after every meal/snack. Which is another great point for folks looking to lose weight. I’ve stopped snacking all the time as I need to get up & remove the aligners before eating.

Special thanks to my manager for constant support. He was always reliably helpful whenever I had questions/concerns.
I highly recommend this treatment to anyone looking to straighten their teeth comfortably and affordably. Truly an amazing experience! It really works!

We ordered moving 200 kg of personal items from Baku to Italy.
The packaging stage went promptly and well.
Minuses: After pre-payment we submitted numerous various docs as advised by the Gosselin office. However, no estimate of when the boxes would arrive, was provided. And boxes didn’t move from the deposit.
After full pre-payment, no estimate was provided still. Instead, they’ve started asking more and more additional documents.
Only after Italy regional manager personally started to follow our case, things started to go in order.
Boxes arrived eventually with much delay, with due apologies. All items though were safe in place, none broken or damaged.
Advice: ask for full list of required documents & ask shipment estimate - signed & stamped.
