I have made huge progress last month…

I have made huge progress last month learning German. I practise every day and the ability to speak to someone at any time is so helpful. I recommended this app to many people. Additionally, it is cheap compared to a language course (and more flexible).

This is probably the worst delivery…

This is probably the worst delivery agency. They are never delivering anything while I am at home. I receive a message that they need extra information, but it is not clear what. My address is complete. Whenever I have an order and I see that colis Privé is in charge of the delivery, I can guarantee it won't be delivered.

Wonderfull garden furniture

I have ordered two treillis with planters and one with a cover/seat. The material is strong and it is easy to assemble. It is very beautiful and I have received many compliments. The delivery was good too. Everything was well/safely assembled and I could indicate the delivery time.

Order in transit for over three weeks

I am waiting for an order that agediss has in it's possession for three weeks (commande 45387985) . When I ask them, they respond it is in transit and that they will make an appointment for the delivery as soon as possible, but they never did so far. I don't think it should take this long so I have the impression they lost my order.

Update: Thank you for another useless response that does not tell anything about the whereabouts of my order. Could you at least confirm that you have lost my order? It has been a month now.

Dreigen met incasso over betaald maar nooit geleverd product.

Ik heb een product besteld bij dit bedrijf dat ik na 3 weken nog niet ontvangen heb. Ze sturen mij overigens wel e-mails dat ik de rekening moet betalen. Ik had al direct betaald met PayPal en heb het bewijs van betaling opgestuurd. Ik heb ook geïnformeerd wanneer ik mijn bestelling zal ontvangen. Geen antwoord. Vervolgens sturen ze mij weer de rekening en dreigen met incasso. Echt bizar! Ik heb betaald voor een product dat ik nooit heb ontvangen en dan gaan zij dreigen met incasso. Antwoorden niet via email en pakken de telefoon niet op. Wat moet je met zoiets? Ik heb nog nooit zoiets meegemaakt en raadt af hier iets te bestellen.
