Good service good people easy to find and easy to order

I am very satisfied with my experience. The hearing aids are comfortable, easy to use, and provide clear sound quality. The delivery was fast, and the packaging was secure. Customer support was helpful and quick to respond to my questions. Overall, I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for reliable and affordable hearing aids.

I am very happy with hearing aids. They delivered in a timely fashion. Instructions were clear.
The only reason I gave one less star is because the tubing was a bit long for me and I am not sure how to shorten; or if you can do this.

The hearing aid package arrived with a perfect cover and nice design. But it isn’t working well with my issue. Then I had a chance to return them. And the staff were very helpful and happy to help me out with it.

The hearing aids stopped working with blue tooth and they still have heavy feedback that cannot be fixed.

The hearing aids greatly improved my life. I can hear distinctly the voices and conversation without asking the person to repeat the statement. Big improvement in my life.

Took long time for product to be delivered didn’t understand it was being shipped from overseas, customer support sluggish and not helpful, could not access phone application nor get support or validation code to calibrate the hearing aids, one hearing aid lost its wire rendering it useless after three months and was unable to get support to help me repair and told me I had to send back to China at my cost! But offered me another set at half off, what an insult. They don’t stand behind their product, would steer clear.

I have left messages with customer service that the hearing aid I received DOSN'T WORK and I want to return it. I need a return authorization for a refund. I still have not heard back from you

Chosgo Smartu hearing aids are very small. Almost invisible in the ear. They are very comfortable and can be worn for long periods of time. They were easy to connect to Bluetooth. Any issues were promptly resolved by customer service.

Chosgo worked with me on two purchases. First one didn’t work for me as it was discovered that my hearing loss was too bad for that model. They allowed me to pay the difference and upgrade to another model because it had batteries and I needed rechargeable as my arthritis doesn’t allow me to easily handle small items like batteries. They are currently allowing me to upgrade AGAIN and have worked with me along the way so far. They respond to emails quickly & have made the exchanges easy. I will be getting the final upgrade this week and hopefully THIS one will work for me. I do have very bad hearing loss in one ear. The prices are very reasonable and customer support is amazing. 5 stars from me .

They helped me a lot how to use my hearing aids
A good Company with lots of assurances to buy from.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received my “in the ear” hearing aids. They arrived quickly and were packaged very nicely. The hearing aids were very small, as advertised and when in the ear very discreet, which was exactly what I wanted. I liked that they came in a small rechargeable case that could easily fit in my purse and that I could change the sound levels as well as the different programs. Their customer service is excellent. I had a few questions regarding the hearing aids and they were quick to respond and very patient with me. Unfortunately, I have a very small ear canal and as much as I would have loved to be able to wear them, I wasn’t able to get used to them. Customer service was right there to help me giving me the choice of returning the hearing aids, or exchanging them for a set off behind the ear hearing aids.
