We used Trent Bridge Surveyors to complete level 2 survey on a property we are in the process of buying. The whole experience was easy, quick and efficient. We received our survey in the allotted timeframe and has a follow up phone call to ensure we understood it's contents. Very pleased with the service and we would recommend TBS to anyone. We can now continue with the sale knowing the property is in good condition.

The surveyor from Trent Bridge Surveys agreed to survey over the weekend to accommodate my request to accompany him. No one else was agreeing to that request. He was very thorough in his search and even climbed onto a flat roof to check gutters and drains.

Fantastic, detailed report in a very quick turnaround from start to end with a really friendly and knowledgeable team. Really impressed - the report highlighted a number of problems with the house, which would have cost tens of thousands to fix, and so I pulled out of the sale and thanks to Trent Bridge, I had a lucky escape. Used again for the next property and equally as happy with the service. Would highly recommend to anyone requiring a survey.

As a first time buyer, after a careful research we contacted Trent bridge Surveyors. The reply was very prompt , even the available dates were conveyed promptly. Very next day i was contacted by our Surveyor Mr. Imtiyaz, he explained all the details and answered all my queries.
The level two Survey was conducted on agreed date and on the same day got a call from Mr. Imtiyaz after completing the survey. He explained all Minor & Major issues noticed during the survey and also went great lengths to explain all my doubts and questions.The the detailed written report was e mailed in 3 days.
Overall it was a great experience and very glad that we decided to go ahead with Trent valley Surveyor, especially Mr. Imtiyaz.

Survey home buyers report was a standard survey was punctual and checked the house for me the only bad thing was when asked if he would see if the cooker and fire was working he said he would but when asked he said he didn’t and was up to me to have an electrical report . But disappointed what’s the point of these surveys when they either pass the buck and expect you to get another survey done it’s just never ending.
